Although it was raining, the quality was not diminished. We checked in late but were still politely waiting for our arrival. There was also a paid charging station and no one was trying to grab it from me😁

房內溫泉池的水很快就會注滿了，泡溫泉很方便，溫泉池水也很舒服。
大部分的工作人員都很友善，第一天晚上入住時的男性工作人員比較被動，不是很幫忙。
晚餐非常划算！旅遊淡季時瑞穗市區沒有太多餐廳營業，建議可以加點晚餐。
傍晚的 happy hour 有無限量的手沖咖啡和紅白酒供應，非常划算，一定要保留時間去。

房間很大環境很棒，四周都是山可以好好放鬆！服務人員會在入住前打來詢問是否需要接送以及餐點，合作的計程車會提早抵達並且電話通知，一到站可直接上車，非常貼心！
