便宜乾凈，從花蓮火車站走路5分鐘到，如果只是想找過夜的地方，這裡很適合。走到附近的國聯五路，就有許多賣吃的店，位置方便。

花蓮駅から徒歩7,8分の場所にあります。
管理人は外出していることが多いようで、夜9時前に着いても不在だったので、電話して来てもらいました。
シャワー、トイレ、テレビも部屋にあり、広いので、値段も安いので、まぁまぁ良いです。

房間跟浴室都打掃的很乾淨，老闆有用心在經營，離火車站也很近，有提供飲水機，如果有熱水需求的民眾很方便。

位置：離車站、夜市都蠻近的，去各處也算方便
服務：老闆人很好
衛生程度：打掃還算乾淨，毛巾是使用免洗拋棄式的，比較沒有跟其他人共用洗不乾淨的問題
設施：沒有汽車停車，不過門口可以停放大約4-5台機車，有共用冰箱，電視，夠多的插座，可惜的是冷氣不太冷，棉被是厚的冬被，睡覺很熱，雖然有附電風扇有好一點
