環境優美，但是很多小黑蚊，要注意防蚊，設備老舊，冷氣很吵，但是服務非常好，是個不錯的地方，會再回住。希望之後冷氣問題可以改善。

我們訂購的是寵物專案，建議可以帶寵物進入餐廳或是湖畔酒吧（寵物可以使用推車方可進入）不然花了住宿費也不便宜，但都不能享受到飯店設施⋯還有寵物餐點建議可以提供之前的澎湃餐盒，寵物料理包自己就可以帶了⋯沒有覺得有特別友善寵物的部分

搭火車到花蓮火車站，可以事前先跟飯店預約接駁車接送服務，對於沒有開車的人非常方便。

非常棒的飯店 各項服務都很好 餐食雖然選擇沒有很多 但是做的都很美味 還有遊園車可以隨叫隨到 房間整理跟設備都很完善 沒什麼缺點可以挑惕
