Hotels Near Heren Station in Hualien

Service was courteous at the front desk. They were very kind to give me a room before 3pm knowing that I had traveled more than 17 hours and really need to rest. Restaurant service was very slow. They were short of staff. No one was around to take my bill. Food was average. Really liked their cold dish with lotus root and red bean. Dinner buffet was very pricey. Couldn’t quite justify $30 per person. I was disappointed when I went back for the breakfast buffet. They served the same cold dishes and fruits from the previous night. Felt like we were eating leftovers. I picked this hotel because of their outdoor pool. It’s an outdoor 25 meter pool. It was lovely swimming laps and enjoyed the ocean view.

The hotel service is great, the staff are also very enthusiastic, and the environment is clean. I hope CITS can prosper. Come on.

In my opinion, Parkview Hotel is one of the nicest hotel for families in Hualien. The deluxe family room we booked has 2 queen beds and very spacious. The breakfast buffet is nice, with a good collection of traditional ********* congee breakfast and international selection such as omelette station, salad, etc. There is a dedicated indoor haven for children with all sorts of games from go cart, different kinds of video games, etc. There's indoor pool, gym, pool table, etc for adults. There's also a coin operated laundry machine and dryer.

Location - Hotel was a bit far from the train station (as expected) but also a short walk to nearby bus stations (not expected) about 7-10 mins depending on which bus you took to get to the bus/train station. Room - There are three separate buildings you can live in. I was in building 3 and my room looked a little old. The air con wasn't working, I had to turn it off because the heat button didn't work at all. The bathroom tub/shower area had some mold spots but otherwise it was clean. Bedding and linens were soft and clean. Lightening was very bad, basically only 4 tiny overhead lights and 1 desk lamp. Amenities - mini fridge was handy, so was the kettle. Service - staff was nice and helpful at checkin / checkout. Overall I'm surprised it's a Ramada. I don't think I would stay again but for the price it is acceptable for a night.

facility: 1. This time I stayed in a deluxe sea view suite on the 8th floor with a separate bathtub facing the sea. Unfortunately, the weather was bad. 2. There is a sauna on the 8th floor, which is small and exquisite. 3. Personally, I think the bed is a bit soft, but I can sleep well. 4. There are no supplies in the room, but they are provided free of charge at the counter on the first floor (but there are basic shower gel/shampoo/hand soap) 5. About 10 minutes from Hualien Railway Station 2. About 7 minutes from Dongdaemun Night Market 3. About 12 minutes from Qixingtan breakfast: 1. Chinese meals are richer and more detailed shortcoming: The hotel is not in a busy area, there is no convenience store (FamilyMart vending machine) downstairs, and there are only a few small restaurants nearby. The advantage is that it is quiet at night, but the disadvantage is that you need to have transportation when going out.

Checked-in fast was fast and convenient. Easily access to everything and near the night market. Room is clean and feel comfortable.

Since I only read the reviews after booking, I was actually a little worried after reading the reviews. But the actual check-in condition was better than I expected. 1.Counter: The service staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient; When I called the counter to ask questions, the staff was very professional and responded directly to the point. 2. Before checking in, I confirmed my check-in details and needs with Trip.com. Trip.com’s response was also super fast and they did feedback my needs to the hotel. It doesn't make me feel like I can't find anyone to deal with it after I book the room. 3. The room is very clean and the sound insulation equipment is also very good. 4. The air conditioner will be cool, and you can adjust the intensity by yourself (air conditioning is very important, and this aspect is good) 5. Although the breakfast items are not many, they have the basic ones. When I went to have breakfast, a staff member reported that there were only 2 small pieces of fermented bean curd left on the plate, and the staff immediately refilled a plate.

Very close to Hualien Station, very convenient! The entrance hall on the first floor has a sense of design! The room was bigger than expected and the bed was huge! The shower room and toilet are separated, which is a good design! The only thing that can be strengthened is the heavy humidity and musty smell The smell is quite noticeable when you get out of the elevator.

It is one of the very few non-five-star hotels in Taiwan whose service management reaches the level of a four- to five-star hotel. Suitable for family travel and accommodation, it has been included in the pocket list.

The location is great. It's very convenient to go everywhere. It's close to Zhongzheng Road. It's very convenient to eat, take a walk and buy famous products. The counter service is very enthusiastic. If we need extra pillows, they will be provided quickly. If we have any problems with the order, we will be patient to help. There are many places to sit in the lobby, and free coffee is provided. You can have afternoon tea leisurely and bring your own snacks. Breakfast is also good, including porridge, bread and vegetarian food The booking price is affordable, there is a good breakfast and service, and the room is large enough and clean. It is very suitable for us who have a limited budget and want to take a vacation.
