這家不能住不要**，純純的黑店服務態度超級差，在他家訂的房間，到門店提前告知前台已經房型升級了，前台説好的，然後給我開了房卡。我順嘴問了一句我現在是什麼房型，前台回覆：你訂的舒適房，已經給你升級温馨大床房了。我告訴前台我訂的是温馨大床房，然後他們又説温馨大床房升級還是温馨大床房。我讓前台把房子退了不住了，前台讓我平台退，找客服。我按店家説的平台取消訂單，店家**拒絕退款。客服與店家聯繫，店家回覆影響他們二次銷售。我想説的是能不能要點**我辦入住到退房也就一分鐘多點，人在前台都沒去房間怎麼影響二次銷售？

還可以，人員服務都好，就是房間有點老了，網速也行，唯一差評，沒有遊戲：星球重啟，以前留言説過，也沒添加這個遊戲，這次來還沒有，自己下載6小時，我還不如去網吧
