I booked a hotel extension on Ctrip during the day, but couldn't extend my stay at night due to some unexpected events. They refused to refund me for two rooms. I negotiated to refund half of the money. At night, both rooms were empty and I didn't check in, but they still didn't agree to refund me at all.
Let's talk about the accommodation experience. There were big cars passing by on the street at night, and the noise was very fragrant. The soundproofing in the room was not very good. There was no hair dryer. Everything else was just so-so. This price is actually okay, but the service attitude in solving the problem was very uncomfortable
