隔音巨差就算了，服務也不怎麼樣。被吵醒衹會口頭道歉，重複的口頭道歉。六七點鐘被走廊各種住户吵醒，南面有小區內的嘈雜，北邊有大馬路的喧囂。室內走廊還有各種聲音，甚至晚上睡覺能聽到隔壁房間打呼嚕，早上能被保潔阿姨對講機吵醒。與其反應，除了反覆口頭道歉並無誠意，甚至想拿幾瓶水搪塞過去。如果店員得知第二天有大批量住户要早起，聲音巨大，應該早一點提醒旁邊的住户，要麼給別人調到遠一點房間，要麼你給客户升級房型。任何補償措施沒有，甚至空口無憑説住户堅持要錢補償。要麼你給別人免單，要麼你承諾下次住房給予補償，優惠也好，無償入住也罷。這種態度着實很差。態度差也就算了，還任意捏造歪曲事實。斯文掃地。

房間比較大，無異味，樓下有幾家小吃店，用餐方便。對面就是步行可至的奧林匹克中心與人民公園，還有一家非常剛開業非常高大上的新華書店。
