第一次訂漢庭，選的是今年新開業的，預期較高，但沒有達到。有優點和缺點，總體體驗並不是特別好。
優點:
1.早上7點到的，被告知沒有客房，我説明已訂過。但是核對姓名和手機號時出了問題，系統裏我的名字和手機號不匹配。後給前台小姐姐報號碼，這位小姐姐很熱情周到，一直微笑服務，記下號碼和房間需求，有新的客房打電話，並把行李箱放置在儲物櫃裏。
2.酒店裡有茶葉和咖啡，洗手液也有兩種類型的，沐浴露也安排上，這是之前住的別的酒店所沒有的。
3.一鍵呼叫前台，機器人送物很快。
4.智能馬桶，可以加熱馬桶圈。貼心
5.電視可以投屏。
缺點:
1.正式辦入住的時候，推薦辦理會員，但因為第一次，沒有體驗過，不會盲目辦理會員，有點令人反感。
2.自己注意到酒店大廳有熱水、咖啡機，茶水和洗衣房，但是酒店前台未介紹過，服務不太周到。
3.酒店進去估計剛打掃過，有腥味，不知道是不是地板問題。
4.早上9點多退房的時候説明要寄存行李，讓直接放在前台，不去儲物櫃，也沒説明理由。覺得退房就沒有服務的感覺。
以上，價格是原價300多元的酒店房型，但是與200多的無明顯的品質提升，區分度不大。

原本衹為追尋牛肉粉絲湯的美味，沒想到還享受到了酒店的無微不至的服務和温馨的環境，真是一份意外的驚喜，太令人滿意了！而且，早餐的餛飩也是絕妙之選。

太吵了，就沒住過這麼吵的酒店。因為酒店就在馬路上，加上留下有桌球廳，一個晚上外面一直有摩託車嗡嗡的聲音，平均每三分鐘一次吧，還有鳴笛聲音。我們兩個人一個晚上都沒睡着。
還有説是停車場免費，第二天出門的時候收費，當時忙着有事就交費了。雖然後麪退了，但是搞不懂要掃碼填寫車牌號為什麼前台不説，小程序也沒有説，而且停車場也沒有服務人，誰知道要掃碼啊。
這個價格，真的一點不值。去考試結果一晚上沒睡，考試的時候都要睡著了！！！太氣憤了，今年住那麼多酒店都沒一個讓人無語。
