Vienna Classic Hotel (Huailai County Government Bus Terminal)

The room was super spacious! I booked a family room, and I was genuinely surprised when I arrived to find it even had a soaking tub inside. The price was incredibly reasonable too, and parking was free.

I recently visited Huailai and chose this hotel. The experience was truly wonderful! Upon entering, the front desk staff was welcoming and professional. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they provided helpful information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. My impression of the hotel was instantly positive! The room was spacious and bright, with a warm and comfortable decor. The bedding was soft and clean, instantly washing away any travel fatigue. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were high-quality. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious, making it a great start to the day. The hotel is also incredibly conveniently located, not far from nearby attractions, and is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and taxis. The overall service was attentive and thoughtful, and the value for money was exceptional. I'd stay here again and recommend it to friends!

When I first walked in, the front desk staff said they'd upgraded me and asked me to give them a good review. I said yes! But I was so disappointed! (I don't know why, but over the past two years, whenever I've been told they've upgraded my room, there's always a bunch of issues. Is it really an upgrade?) The first room had a smell, but the one I got was odorless! Amenities: The phone wasn't working, the curtains were almost ripped, and the towels were frayed from washing – shouldn't they be replaced? The shower head 🚿 was also a pleasant surprise, and the TV was also a pleasant surprise – you'll see! Cleanliness: Take a close look at the curtains! I won't comment on anything else! Ambience: Overall, it was okay. Not my style, but I'm not too picky. However, the room wasn't soundproof, and I was woken up by my neighbor! 😞 Service: I booked the room for two reasons: the Vienna brand and the late check-out service. Check-out is at 2:00 PM, and I usually leave on time. I received a call at 12:07 PM asking if I wanted to extend my stay. I was already woken up by the noise, but this made it even more frustrating!

The hotel has convenient parking and dining nearby. The bed is quite comfortable. I couldn't watch TV on the day of check-in. It was disconnected every few minutes and returned to normal after 8pm. The network was very poor and could not be used. I had to check out the next day. The breakfast tasted OK, but there were very few things. There were only 2 hot dishes and no noodles or anything. There was nothing to eat. I have to complain about the bathroom. It was very compact. The washbasin was 20 cm wide and attached to the corner. You could only wash with one hand. In addition, the wash cup was placed under the washbasin, parallel to the toilet. This design is the first time I have seen it. I don't know what the person who designed it is thinking. After going to the toilet, flush the toilet, and the flying waste... The shower room for taking a bath is also very small, only 50 cm. I, a 105-pound girl, had difficulty turning around when taking a bath in it. I have also stayed in Vienna Hotel several times. I thought the previous ones were good. I really don't recommend this one. In addition, there are dozens of rooms on one floor, and there is only one elevator next to it. If you live in the innermost room, you have to walk for several minutes.

My family is very satisfied. The hot spring water is very good, the water comes out quickly, the water temperature is high, the pool is very large, and it is very spacious for two adults and one child. The room is also very large and bright. It is very comfortable to live in. Satisfied. I will come here again next time.

There is no need to worry about the room being hot when you go out. There is also an outdoor swimming pool on the 5th floor, where you can swim a few laps at night. It is very cost-effective!
