酒店像是以前某個酒店改造的，超長環繞的走廊，走半天，燈也不是很亮堂。定的豪華大床，沒感受到哪裡豪華了，桌子上各種被磕碰掉漆露出的木頭顏色，衞生差的很，到處都是灰，沐浴頭上水漬嚇人，床單都沒鋪整齊，上面還有臟的，電話是壞的，沒法打前台電話，給前台反應隔着電話都聽出來對我反應的問題的質疑聲，一下説都做了衞生，我讓她自己來看，立馬又説換房，還沒等我説話又變成沒房了，不知道是在幹嘛。。。房間隔音非常差，聽隔壁電視聲到12點，瞌睡也聽沒了，床很矮很矮，睡得難受，特別床圍那好多灰我擦了半天，真擔心畫上面一大堆的灰半夜篩下來了，好不容易到了第二天，早餐真的是一般到底了，連一晚熱乎的麪條都沒有，品種很少，質量味道都很一般

服務態度巨好，房間非常大，很乾凈。離高速口特別近，而且安靜。前台張經理人美心善，給我們升級了房間，又大又寬敞，網絡賊快。早餐非常豐盛，性價比特別特別高。住的非常滿意，下次還會來。

房間乾淨衞生，窗户很大，白天陽光照的暖洋洋的，前台小姑娘們服務態度真的很好，酒店位置也很好，出了高速口轉彎就是，停車場也大，停車方便還免費，早餐是自助的，品種豐富，性價比特別高，來懷來出差必住的酒店！

太垃圾了，近幾年就沒住過這麼垃圾的酒店。根本和維也納不沾邊。攜程現在的審核這麼差了嗎，這麼差的酒店還這麼多好評。門把守是壞的，衞生間又臟，下道又臭。毛巾浴巾都是黑的。床還一個勁的晃動一呼吸都晃。房間隔音還不好，樓道一晚上翁翁的聲音，吵的根本睡不着。
