服務還行，停車不是很方便，比較臨街區，房間衞生還可以，空調的按鍵就很糟糕，按一次滴的聲音很大，很影響人家的睡眠，調試聲音可以無聲是最好的，這樣不會影響朋友睡覺，稍微有一丟壓抑的走廊，但是在懷集也算OK的了，建議服務上有待提高，多培訓多帶教吧

特別滿意淋浴液洗髮水味道很好聞，房間隔音還可以，但4點多後面村民的雞打鳴
衞生：還可以。
環境：走廊感覺有點破舊，房間裏設施不如以前我在別的地方住的新。
服務：熱情有禮。

希岸品牌一直有良莠不齊的現象，這間酒店中等偏上。有比較好的前廳，房間設施中上（電動窗簾不工作了），電梯設計彆扭，所有樓層的常閉防火門全部被打開，走廊因兩頭窗子被開着而燥熱。因開票需要加了酒店微信，離店後被多日追着要好評（見下圖）。 離店時不小心帶走了一張房卡，被告知一定要歸還那張磨損不堪的房卡，否則罰款30。 不願昧良心評價，故此做此客觀評價。

都是希岸老會員了，這次經過懷集這座城市還是選擇希岸，因為睡習慣了它的枕頭和床墊，因為其它原因早上退房比較早，拿了房卡到前台説：退房，前台還在分早餐，等了一會都不應答，態度也較冷淡，但前一晚辦理入住的皮膚黑黑的小姐姐態度則很熱情，反差好大😂
