Before checking in, the housekeeper called to ask if I had any requests. I said I wanted to upgrade the room type, and he agreed immediately. He also asked me what time I would arrive at the hotel so that he could turn on the heating for me in advance. After checking in, everyone from the front desk, to the security guards, to the cleaners, to the restaurant staff, smiled the whole time and provided thoughtful and considerate service everywhere, which made people feel very warm. On the day I left, the housekeeper personally saw me out of the hotel, and the human resources manager even drove a Mercedes-Benz business car to take me to the high-speed rail station! Such sincere service is really touching! The hotel's location, environment, breakfast and other aspects are also great! This is a hotel that is highly recommended!

The hotel has a rich variety of breakfast, the rooms are quiet and spacious, and the hygiene is particularly clean. The front desk service was very good, especially the housekeeper Xixi was considerate and enthusiastic. We went to eat at the recommended Cuicui's restaurant, the blood duck and stir-fried dishes were both delicious. Parking is also very convenient. It is close to the high-speed rail station and Wanda Plaza, making travel convenient. The hotel staff have a strong sense of service. Whether it's the security guard at the door, the front desk clerk or the cleaning lady in the lobby, they are all polite and will greet you when you come in and out. The stay experience is great, whether you live alone or entertain friends, it is very suitable, I recommend everyone to go!
