裝修較久，但不破損！當年很豪華，房間很大！走廊很寬，當年修建大樓是按照賓館標準設計建造的！服務什麼的很到位！

衞生和服務都挺好，住的16樓，視野不錯，就是酒店本身的硬件設施比較破舊了，傢俱，門，桌子，椅子這些都非常破舊，損壞嚴重，地毯也有很多污漬，空調噪音很大，然後酒店大堂也是在一樓公用區域，非獨立大堂。建議酒店業主可以重新裝修設計一下了，酒店的硬件已經落後於目前懷化很多同等價位的酒店了！

該酒店衞生極差，設定裝修陳舊，連停車場的地面都是泥粉地，滿腳泥沙。房間更可怕，地電毨全是煙頭火燒孔，地毯下更温藏床着曱甴蟑螂蟲害，連床上都是，問你怕嗎?枕頭套還有血跡也不更換。真的太臟。異味非常，簡直是難以接受。“**”
