挺温馨的酒店，快到高鐵站的時候提前打電話，還有專車安排接站，就不用盲目的去導航找酒店位置了，酒店位置也挺好的，就在商場外面，吃飯購物夜宵都挺方便的，而且我臨時有事趕不上退房的時間，跟總枱打了一下招呼會延遲退房，她們還幫我申請了免費延時，大愛了，貼心的酒店。

前台接待的兩個小哥哥非常好、非常禮貌、房間非常大、又乾淨、而且又安靜。以前來都是住傍邊的那個酒店，今天想着住漢庭優佳試試。結果好太多了。比傍邊那個酒店房間大太多了。推薦大家入住。

從鳳凰古城自駕回廣州路途中，一家3口入住了漢庭優佳酒店懷化高鐵南站萬達店，旁邊就有萬達廣場非常方便。
酒店衞生乾淨整潔；房間設施很新、智能操控，兒子和老婆都很滿意；服務很好，很貼心，退房時前台服務員送了一份新年小禮物給我8歲的兒子，他很開心，謝謝這位熱情的服務員。住過很多酒店這次讓我體驗非常好。

這家酒店真是太棒了👍，服務也超級貼心😌重要的是它地理位置極佳🚄♂️就在萬達廣場傍邊，而且周圍有多小吃攤和美食店 前台小哥哥小姐姐都超級温柔，天氣太熱辦完入住還給我們做了檸檬水喝，第二天因行程太趕半天打不到車，及時開車給我們送到了高鐵站，真是太棒了！下次過來玩兒還住這兒

洗澡的時候一拉門就發現門後有煙頭，看起來像那種已經堆在那很多天的那種…怎麼會有人在衞生間抽煙啊受不了了，店家這個衞生也是搞得很隨意，洗了兩分鐘趕緊出來了。難受。
