衞生：衞生很乾凈，在走廊碰到客房服務員都特別熱情的打招呼。
環境：很不錯，晚上睡覺很安靜，天氣好可以看到窗外的藍天白雲。
服務：前台服務也很好，會提前告知餐廳時間。
設施：很好。

房間設施及衞生都很不錯，只是洗臉盆下水有些問題，其他都很好，酒店人性化服務很棒，送銀耳湯及🍉，很開心，早餐也不錯，下次有機會再來懷化還要再來

路過定的酒店，空調效果太差了，而且親子房完全不值這個價格，配的床又硬又潮濕，甚至有一股黴味。需要謹慎！早餐也很一般，沒啥吃的。
