第二次出差入住 這一次簡直把人住崩潰 入住的時候前台在打牌 這都無所謂咯給辦了入住 然後凌晨兩點多外面好吵 我想可能是來旅遊的家庭剛入住就算了。
一直持續到凌晨三點多，又喊又叫的，根本沒有服務人員干預。
然後我開門想看下怎麼回事，搞不懂為什麼會有人兩三點一羣人在一個大床房大喊大叫也沒人管，入住不需要登記身份證的嗎？
結果房門自動關掉把我關在房外。我衹好打着赤腳穿着睡衣走到一樓去找服務員開門。
這都不是最氣的，最氣的是喊服務員喊了好多聲都沒反應，喊醒以後也不起來，還躺着問我你哪間房 我説了房號以後還反問我一句 啊這個房間有人嗎？
這個時候我是很生氣的，凌晨被吵醒，光腳被關在房外，叫服務員開門不僅沒有任何動作還躺在那裡反問我，這個時候不是應該起來查一下嗎
總之以後不會再來了，太差了。

房間白天空調有吹風，但風機吹出的風不冷，在房間有點熱，服務員搬颱風扇來，勉強度過，晚上空調才有點效果，前台小姑娘和服務員大嬸態度很好，遇到問題能夠及時解決。

空調製冷很慢，到第二天早上都很熱，馬桶沒有一次性馬桶套，尤其是洗手枱上還有假睫毛跟短頭髮，跟他們反應都不説解決措施，房間裏的一次性浴巾居然收費！

選擇很久才決定入住這家酒店，性價比還算挺高的，房間也是我喜歡的類型，服務也不錯，辦理入住也很快，當時不會用電子身份證，服務員很耐心的幫助登記，真的很貼心，下午還有水果送到房間，真心覺得不錯，所以下次還會選擇這家酒店，也會介紹給朋友，值得推薦！

房間智能化，都是小度控制，早上起來直接讓小度打開窗簾，衞生做的挺乾淨。酒店環境可以，交通便利，離懷化北高速路口比較近，周邊就可以有各種選擇吃飯的地方，停車方便，都是免費停車場，大廳擺放各種茶水，下午的時候還送了冰西瓜到房間，真的是貼心又温暖，酒店員工服務態度都挺熱情，總之是一次不錯的入住體驗，值得推薦！
