房間白天空調有吹風，但風機吹出的風不冷，在房間有點熱，服務員搬颱風扇來，勉強度過，晚上空調才有點效果，前台小姑娘和服務員大嬸態度很好，遇到問題能夠及時解決。

空調製冷很慢，到第二天早上都很熱，馬桶沒有一次性馬桶套，尤其是洗手枱上還有假睫毛跟短頭髮，跟他們反應都不説解決措施，房間裏的一次性浴巾居然收費！

選擇很久才決定入住這家酒店，性價比還算挺高的，房間也是我喜歡的類型，服務也不錯，辦理入住也很快，當時不會用電子身份證，服務員很耐心的幫助登記，真的很貼心，下午還有水果送到房間，真心覺得不錯，所以下次還會選擇這家酒店，也會介紹給朋友，值得推薦！

房間智能化，都是小度控制，早上起來直接讓小度打開窗簾，衞生做的挺乾淨。酒店環境可以，交通便利，離懷化北高速路口比較近，周邊就可以有各種選擇吃飯的地方，停車方便，都是免費停車場，大廳擺放各種茶水，下午的時候還送了冰西瓜到房間，真的是貼心又温暖，酒店員工服務態度都挺熱情，總之是一次不錯的入住體驗，值得推薦！

酒店在下高速的路口，隔壁一條街有好多餐館和超市。前台給我們免費升級一個面積大一些的標間。房間乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴的水很大。房間的網速也很快，門口有免費的停車場，停車也很方便自如。但是淋浴房牆上光溜溜的，有一個置物架就好了。床上被子厚重，這個季節，蓋着又覺得被子厚了，不蓋又覺得冷。
