由於懷化南站搬遷到新址的緣故，原來生意火爆的酒店，現在門可羅雀。裝修檔次是按三鑽的標準去的，但是略顯老舊了。主要問題還是交通不便，距離市區和車站，都不是很方便，沒得公交車直達，導航也不準確。

房間空調温度調到22度，空調聲音與飛機起飛一樣大小，早上3點都無法入睡，直接退房。花灑無法調整，水很細很大壓力。基本衞生睡覺都不能滿足。

地理位置不錯，開車導航過去很好找，門前有免費停車位，還有一個停車場，晚上可以停過去，也不收費的，進去酒店裡面光線略陰暗，前台小美女服務很好，馬上遞上熱茶。有電梯，裏面規模挺大，房間很多。房內設施齊全，衞生也不錯，還有免費飲料。下次來西安還住這裏。第二天一大早就走了，沒有在這裏用餐，但是前台美女介紹樓上有餐廳，可以點餐的
