The hotel is in the best location in Huaihua. It surrounded by by Wanda plaza where you can find some good local food. It’s less than one KM away from downtown. The stuff are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

酒店房間內的地毯有點臟
廁所和衞浴共用一個推拉門，感覺很奇怪，並且廁所還沒有通風設施。
作為一個五星級酒店入住衹有兩瓶礦泉水，對比亞朵這類連鎖酒店的服務還是較為一般。
早餐種類較多，但味道一般。
酒店外立面好看，房間面積大，其次梔子花香的沐浴露洗髮水等等非常好評，味道很好聞。

這個酒店我真的無力吐槽了。作為一個市級豪華型酒店，該有的服務完全沒有。
不知道是不是因為我在攜程上訂的優惠房還是怎麼的，房間給我安排的電🪜口就算了，隔音效果也太差了吧，吵死了電梯🛗叮咚聲。
空調的聲音也超級大，不舒服
最重要‼️的是，淋浴房的水可以流出來，流到洗漱間以及門廳的位置，真不知道這下水和裝修是怎麼想的。整個洗漱間和門廳位置是亮麪瓷磚，奉勸各位，注意安全，這洗澡一滑，會摔死去。

房屋隔音效果太差，門外和隔壁客人聲音巨大，出差休息不好。對面萬達廣場音響聲音大，窗户隔音也一般。服務還可以。

住這酒店不少20次了，這次遇到讓我非常無語的事，退完房後酒店前台打電話問我説放在牀頭櫃抽屜裏有本書跟一個充電器有沒拿，我非常明確的説了沒有，我出門都是自帶充電器的，現在的人也很少去看書拿那些東西也沒有用，之台前台又倆次打電話過來問，第四次打過來就明確的告訴我這個東西需要從我按金裏面扣款，我當時就無語，作為一家五星級的酒店，全懷化最高擋的酒店，居然工作人員會這樣。
