一次非常好的住宿體驗！酒店位置很方便，離高鐵站10分鐘車程，一進門就遇到笑得甜甜的前台小姐姐，熱情温柔專業。大廳有辦公區、自助飲吧，工作人員還很熱心的教我們使用咖啡機，酒店的咖啡很香，金桂烏龍茶和蜜桃烏龍茶都很好喝。房間寬敞明亮，視野很好。超喜歡裏面明亮的橙色配色，輕快活潑。房間裏小冰箱、微波爐、碗筷勺子叉子一應俱全，很適合家庭旅居。早餐也很豐富，本地粉面真的很好吃，推薦推薦！下次來懷化一定會選擇再住這裏！

這次出差懷化選擇希爾頓惠庭，有被酒店驚喜到，整體環境不錯，房間有手持熨燙，電視還能投屏（這點很重要哈哈），還有餐枱，前台和服務人員也挺不錯。整體對出差人士很友好，但美中不足就是早餐食物選擇少了些，以及電梯沒有限制刷卡才能上樓。

前台和客房的服務態度非常好，抵達前跟我們溝通了給我們升級房型，就連洗烘衣物都有客房上門取件，搞衞生的阿姨也很有禮貌，住的早餐也很豐盛，除了普通的沙拉水果西式早餐，還有很多湘菜，有炒鴨肉、小炒牛肉、懷化醃肉和酸蘿蔔…退房的時候發現行李箱拉鍊壞了，維修部的大哥拿着鉗子幫我弄好了，等待的過程經理還送了熱茶。住宿的過程也很愉快，也看見有人帶着修勾一起入住

環境：雖然靠馬路但是房間也不吵，隔音很好，鬧中取靜，居住安逸，小朋友很喜歡

太過優秀了，特別温馨，本人鼻炎，沒有應激反應！！！！哈哈哈哈！！！床超超超超超級舒服，房間裏餐具微波爐冰箱咖啡機樣樣齊全，好愛電視背景櫃，健身房不適合我，但是洗衣房愛了愛了🥰工作人員很熱情，很少有早餐廳能做到幾乎沒有速凍品的，而且味道很好，種類非常多，現磨咖啡超超超好，來懷化就住這！！！！！必須

前台會提前打電話諮詢住客一些入住事宜，這個很好，包括入住期間都能主動詢和客人互動。房間也很大，免費升級。電梯很快，不需要等太久。大廳還有免費茶水和咖啡。早餐品種豐富，缺點就是牛奶和粥有點温，冬天早上喝有點不習慣。

酒店裝修簡約大氣，步行就能到萬達廣場離高鐵站也就是8分鐘的事兒。一樓有現磨咖啡，茶吧，免費打印資料，24小時健身房，衣服還能免費洗這在懷化還是第一次見，再也不用自己跑上跑下了！服務也很熱情，會主動幫忙打印。房間寬敞，衞生乾淨，可以説是一塵不染，打赤腳都不怕，配的還是彼得羅夫的洗簌用品，我最喜歡的還是潤膚露，味道適宜，又能讓人有記憶度！房間水可以免費續，用來做咖啡正好，冰箱還能冷凍，真是非常方便了！以後有朋友都介紹來希爾頓惠庭！
