懷化珈禾至尊酒店的服務很貼心，接送站的司機李師傅態度很好，主動幫忙拿行李，雖然天氣很熱，但車內的温度很舒適。酒店房間寬敞乾淨，前台和客房服務員態度也很好。早餐品種也適中，味道不錯。

來參加好朋友訂婚宴會的，很棒的一家酒店！
位置： 靠近新市政府，算是懷化金融中心地段了。
設施：老牌五星級酒店，設施設備還是比較好的。很喜歡這邊的床墊，説是金可兒的，很舒服。
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，打掃的很到位。
服務：服務可能是懷化最好的一家了，全程私人管家式服務，從入住開始就無微不至關心，太熱情啦！ 前台服務態度也很好，辦理很快。
還有最貼心的就是接送站服務，司機很帥氣，服務很好，行李從出站到辦完入住進入房間，全程都是服務人員在幫忙拿着。
早餐也是很棒，服務員幫忙烤麪包、倒牛奶，很貼心。 下次還會再來住！

超級值得期待！！！雖然朋友都説華泰是懷化五星級酒店，珈禾是老牌酒店。結果這次入住，意外的讓我驚喜誒。話説，床墊是啥牌子的啊，好軟好舒服😁

酒店位置優越，地方特別好找。這次住的是雙間床還挺大的，比較舒適。房間隔音效果比較好，個人睡眠不是很好。周邊的夜宵味道不錯，吃東西很方便，就在酒店對面。十分滿意推薦推薦。前台接待小江服務態度也很好，下次還來

酒店前台服務態度好，免費提供了購物袋和交通指南。房間內採光比較好，電視屏幕大清晰度也高。還支持一鍵投屏。窗簾遮光性好，智能化控制。手機信號和Wi-Fi速度比較快，洗澡水剛好合適。性價比高，以後經常會來。

早上下那麼大的雨，真的太難打車了，高鐵衹能延期沒有辦法。酒店工作人員看我等了好久，上前詢問是不是要幫助，跟他們説明瞭情況。大概五分鐘左右，酒店就派車送我了，非常感動，司機小李服務也特別熱情。下次來懷化繼續住珈禾至尊酒店。

每次出差來懷化都是住珈禾至尊，主要是酒店環境好，住起來很舒服。約了朋友談事，也比較方便安靜。在大廳到處走走，還不停的有服務員給我打招呼。搞得我都不好意思了，趕緊找個地方坐坐，實在太熱情了，有點招架不住。
