整體房間感覺很大，踏進房間，第一感覺衞生做的很乾凈。房間沒有什麼異味，前台可以提供一次性馬桶墊，這個很人性化。房間還擺了兩本書，有免費的茶葉可以泡茶，很中式化的酒店。前台小姐姐的服務都很好，衣服也很漂亮。酒店的員工一看就是經過專業培訓的人員，服務都很到位，可以免費洗衣服，這一點是非常好的，對於我們經常出差的人員來説很方便。28樓早餐也很豐富，種類很多，可以任意選擇。口味做的也很棒。樓層很高，不會聽到很大的車流聲。隔音做的很不錯，很安靜。

綜合體驗不好。
1、早餐接牛奶時發現牛奶裏有蟲子，本來以為是杯子裏的，打開牛奶桶蓋子，發現裏面還飄着好幾衹，告知了工作人員，連對我的一句道歉都沒有，只是找人把牛奶桶搬走，過了一會兒又搬了回來，也未告知我進行了什麼處理。後悔沒及時給蟲子拍照片。
2、上午9點多，保潔阿姨在樓道里大聲喧嘩，完全不顧顧客還在休息，退房時發現保潔就在我隔壁房間，開着門，大聲打電話，本身房間隔音就很差，前一晚十一點多還被隔壁的電視聲吵得睡不着，上午卻又被保潔吵得沒辦法休息。
本來對酒店印象還不錯，房間很大，開夜床服務也專業，有游泳池和健身房，但是早餐的蟲子，工作人員的態度，保潔的喧嘩，整個的都讓人極不舒適！
另外，酒店大堂明明寫了提供很多免費用品，但女性衞生用品沒有了，也不補貨。女朋友剛好經期，自己帶的忘在車上了，想臨時跟酒店拿一個，但被告知沒有，用完了。這對女性顧客體驗就很不友好了。既然有這項服務，就別讓它成擺設吧，希望這些細節能再優化一點。

房間內設施挺好的，居然還有小零食。就是感覺房間好像有些時候沒人住了窗户哪裡好多小蛾蚋已經幹了在哪裡。酒店前台推薦辦會員，現在很多酒店搞連鎖會員制其實這種體驗不佳的，不如做好自己品牌。

房間很大目測有四十平，樓層比較高視野非常好，酒店開業不算久，設施比較新，衞生和服務也是一流，住過非常多家廷泊，這是設施最齊全的一家，聽前台介紹酒店不僅有游泳池，咖啡廳還有吃飯包廂及ktv，一樓入口處還配置了一塊旅遊攻略牌，很貼心，可以説對外地旅客非常適用了。早餐也還不錯，品種大概四五十種，尤其誇一句米粉哨子，味道很贊。
