第一次用烏煙瘴氣形容一家酒店，工作人員可以在大堂甚至電梯裏面吸煙，本來訂了兩天，剛到房間連滾帶爬把第二天退了，房間看起來很不乾淨，床套也是，像小鎮裏面的賓館

這第二次過來出差入住這家酒店，比第一次好太多房間內的水壓有解決了花灑有問題也是立馬換了新的花灑，這次房間衞生也是很乾凈，基礎設施也是比較完善，馬桶是智能馬桶是加熱的，坐上去熱乎乎也是用腳感應沖水的很是方便，本人睡眠不太好，辦入住提出想要安靜一點的房間，前台的小姐姐也是安排了升級房型體驗，樓下有個便利店一些必需物品還是很方便，樓下也有一家粉館可以吃早餐不用跑很遠的地方，因為第二天出行時間比較晚，跟前台反應後也是給免費延遲了一小時退房時間，非常人性化，有地下免費的停車場第一次沒有找到工作人員也是很耐心的告知，住幾天9樓還有洗衣房和陽台可以曬衣服解決了房間不好曬衣服的需求，床比較軟睡得比較舒服，住得比較舒適，第一次好太多了之後出差還是會選擇他們家

酒店入住感不錯，設施設備也很齊全，酒店旁邊就有一個小商店，旁邊也有吃早餐的，服務員都很熱情，前台小姐姐服務周到辦入住也很快還推薦了好吃的外賣，外賣衹能放電梯裏對於住客安全性比較高，床墊很軟睡得也很舒服，本人睡眠不太好説想要安靜的房間前台也是安排了

酒店的位置在中醫院旁邊沒多遠，在酒店的後面有地下停車場。上到一樓大堂辦理，刷卡進入電梯。酒店整體環境一般，一樓有個茶餐廳和小超市。酒店給人整體的感覺來往的人比較雜，可能有些鐘點房之類的。晚上快11點了，樓道有人像是打架和吵架一樣，後來才知是酒店玻璃被砸了在協商，大概十多分鐘才消停下來。設備設施齊全，佈局也合理，樓道不隔音。周邊吃的、超市比較多，整體性價比也還行。

第二次來住了，前台接待還是可以的熱情，酒店周邊去附近都比較方便，晚上樓下也有鹵味炒飯什麼的，房間也比較大衞生也乾淨，設施也比較齊全，總體來説還是性價比很不錯的，之後來懷化還是會選擇入住這家酒店
