經過協調給我們換了一個兩室一廳的房間，很方便很舒服，就是隔音稍差，兩個便捷洗手間的洗臉盆太小了，其他都不錯，最棒的是投影有騰訊會員，看節目太爽了！出來的餐館好吃，河邊散步遛狗特別舒服！

衞生：牆體發黴，牆紙都掉了，桌面用濕紙巾一擦黢黑，衞生間沒有排風也沒窗，臭死了設施：床頭邊連個插座都沒有，煮熱水要在廁所坑上面，誰懂這種無語的設計，空調開着開着自己停了。熱水器要麼燙死要麼冷死，窗簾白色的一點遮光效果都沒有實際情況就是這樣，大家看圖自己判斷吧，個人感覺體驗特別差，不像正規的酒店，樓上住的人半夜講話好大聲，走路的聲音也很吵

首先我想説一句，無論是房間的設施還是房東的服務都特別特別特別的差。他家是既有民宿也有酒店的，我們是四個人最開始定了他家的民宿，他家的民宿，在攜程上掛着的是寫了86平米，實際上只有30平左右，兩間房間中間衹隔了一道門，四個人住着實在太尷尬了，所以我們在他家的酒店另開了一間房，但是房間裏被子上有鞋印，而且空調一點都不制熱，我們當時去的時候氣温在零下兩度，所以我們打電話給房東，他們一再説是不是我們的模式調錯了？好像是把我們當成了三歲不懂事的小孩子，之後房東又跟我們説他父親生病了，他人在長沙，説沒有辦法給我們調房，要第二天早上才能找維修師傅給我們修理，説明天一大早就找人給我們修空調。可是第二天我們一直等到11點左右都沒有人來修空調，反而是一大早的停水了，冷水熱水一點都沒有。當時我們是訂了四天，所以我們要求房東給我們辦理提前離店，要求他給我們退後三天的房費，可是他非要藉口説是攜程這個平台規定了，不能退，但是攜程給我發的短訊是由於房東不同意，所以無法進行退款。後來打了12315維權電話，攜程的市場部經理也去找了房東，之後，攜程的經理給我打電話説房東的態度太強硬，就是不同意退款，最後是攜程平台給我掏了後三天的房費。攜程的客服態度是值得肯定的，攜程這個平台的責任心也是值得肯定的。可是這樣的房東和這樣的環境條件確實是讓人忍受不了。

真的挺不錯的，#衞生看起來就很乾凈，毛巾都是一次性的，不像酒店裡那種循環利用，真的很不錯#服務服務態度也非常好，小姐姐説話很温柔，阿姨們也很熱情#位置交通懷化站打車十多分鐘就到了，一個小巷子進去#房間設施投影儀，吹風機，使用感都很不錯#性價比性價比真的超高，可能我們來的時候是淡季便宜很多。
