酒店設施齊全，麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，前台服務人員態度好，主動升級房間，客房服務人員也很到位，但是19號早晨早餐廳門口服務人員態度非常不好，臉上一點笑容都沒有，自己還用手拿早餐枱上的食物吃，顧客有困難需要她幫忙的時候無情拒絕。真是**********！本來對酒店的好感因為她頓時消失！
