入住以後就點了勿擾 中午前台就打電話吵醒我 問我續不續住 我説我定了兩晚啊 核實後知道了也沒跟我道歉 結果剛睡下沒一會 保潔居然直接刷房卡進來了？？？ 我正睡覺着啊 有徵求我意見嗎？ 也是一句道歉也不説 我已經忍了 都是打工人也不容易 要不然我一定報警了 第二天中午11.50客服又跟我打電話讓我退房 我這上面寫的不是2點退嗎？結果又是不道歉 我住過的酒店沒有一百家也有80家了 從來沒有見過這樣態度的 從前台到保潔沒有一個有禮貌的 你們工作失誤我可以理解 但是下次再做錯事能不能主動道個歉？ 你們店的培訓我覺得可以加大力度了 環境是挺不錯的 價格也實惠 但是服務真的太不專業了我講真的
