開了第一間也是有頭髮，又換了一間，被子掀開還是有很多頭髮，衞生也不太乾淨，前台服務也不是太好

房間和店家上傳的照片一樣 都是落地窗房間，（本人就特別喜歡這種酒店式公寓的房間，住着很舒服）乾淨衞生 早餐也蠻豐富的 中西結合的餐食，然後服務態度也是非常好 以最大的努力滿足顧客的需求，然後這個牀頭櫃 也是有桌角防磕的，有點細心喔~隨手拍兩張照片吧🤪

設施：剛開業三個月的酒店按理來説設施設備應該都很完善，很新結果一入住才發現外表很好內部一塌糊塗，首先房間門鎖不能反鎖，其次消防應急燈沒電，完全不重視客户的安全。再者冬天太冷去洗衣房洗個衣服發現洗衣機也是壞的，壞就壞了你好歹貼個標簽啊，害得我把衣服丟進去發現用户了，打前台電話就説早壞了，早壞了我們怎麼知道。後來提醒他們才知道貼個標簽。真是無語😓
衞生：剛入住打開被子一看床上很多頭髮，小毛毛，一股味道，其次衞生間馬桶完全沒有刷，上面全是毛髮黑呼呼的，後來來了兩個人給我換了房間更嚴重，那沙發上兩大片黑呼呼的也不知道啥東西，你們酒店就這樣把房間賣給客人的？真不知道怎麼清潔的
服務：更別提了完全沒有服務，從前台到後勤到領導完全一副不重視不解決不處理的態度。
整體來説很差勁的一次體驗。希望大家擦亮眼睛吧！

房間空間很大，衞生乾淨，房間設備基本齊全，挺好的，還有免費早餐，酒店前台服務很好，禮貌，熱情！門口出行很方便，停車也方便，是個不錯的選擇，下次一定還來
