大年初一遇到的最差早餐。一般來説，酒店會在節日尤其是新年第一天準備的更豐富一些，這個酒店經歷了燃氣停氣，廚師放假。客人來吃飯沒有任何解釋或補救措施，衹説沒燃氣。僅有的雞蛋蒸胡蘿蔔玉米涼的像剩的。
房間沒椅子説不提供，給個桌子幹什麼，還好最後幫找了個小椅子。電視機不能看，告訴是供應商的問題，要客人自己打電話聯絡解決，在強硬的要求下，下午來了一個服務員換了個電池解決了問題。總體來説服務意識太差。

最差的美豪沒有之一，被子上都是血漬，空調開一個多小時，沒任何效果。早餐非常豐盛，牆上到處掉皮！！！歡迎各位去試

各方面都太差了，設施陳舊，牆皮脱落，衞生間漏水到房間，安全鎖釦也是壞的，難道平時沒人維護嗎？定的兩個房間都沒有紗窗，蚊子咬的一晚沒睡，早餐也一般。
