五一來淮北玩了八天，選擇了這家酒店，真的非常非常幸福。節假日期間，這裏房價低，空間大，周圍出行方便，服務更是貼心細緻！
五一期間，酒店方為我們提供了無微不至的暖心服務。原本訂單沒有早餐，酒店建議我開通會員，每天都有免費早餐，幫我們省錢；酒店有免費衣服送洗服務，機器人上門取衣洗凈烘好後，疊放整齊，放入洗衣袋中，再送上房間，非常便捷；半夜房間呼叫機突然失靈，工作人員及時處置；夜深想將豆漿存入酒店前台冰箱，前台温馨提示豆製品無法過夜，後續甚至特意電聯我説酒店早餐每天都有現磨豆漿；半夜冷醒，電聯前台，前台仍然保持温柔態度，送上被子；每天房間都及時打掃，補充好毛巾和水。真的是一次非常難忘又幸福的住店體驗，希望本店越辦越好！

考試訂的酒店，房間乾淨整潔，前台的小姐姐也很温柔，第一天入住送了橙子（心想事成），晚上還有熱乎的銀耳粥，因考試時間還延遲了時間退房 大愛！

樓層夠高視野開闊，還能透過窗户看到旁邊古城的燈光秀，遺憾的是趕上了這個週末體育館在舉辦淮北市中小學生運動會沒能睡懶覺啦

酒店挺新的，整體設施和衞生還可以，距離淮北的幾個景點和淮北站都挺近，附近有個大潤發也可以去逛逛。淮北市博物館非節假日人挺少的，古街在下午五六點鐘去人也挺少的，剛好還碰到了和樂隊的演出，整體還不錯
