As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, it feels very high-end. The decoration is very exquisite. The beautiful lady Shi at the front desk is very welcoming. The room looks very refreshing, clean and tidy. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service for the East Railway Station and the airport. The lady at the front desk even packed the children's bags the next morning. Had breakfast on the way. I will stay here next time I come over. Recommended

希爾頓花園第一次住，酒店嘎嘎新，位置好找，停車方便，大堂亮堂，房間寬敞舒適，免押入住，房內沒有收費物品，衞生間乾濕分離，紙巾貌似都不是新打開的，感覺是半卷的（避免浪費很好，但我這種人是忌諱的）我們自駕，室內除了免費的礦泉水其他都用的自己的，包括紙巾；下面展開説説服務：辦理入住的兩位女孩都笑呵呵的，很有禮貌，特別是那位高一點的老員工（名字好像叫什麼鋭，對不起忘了姓）給人感覺特別舒服，她積極的幫忙解決所遇到的問題，新員工應該是很新很新的，誰都有剛開始的時候，所以要多給機會，重點她態度是積極的，暫不過多評價；餐廳不大，種類不是特別多，但夠用，也挺乾淨，工作人員也都熱情，接觸多的是門口的主管Emily和麪包檔口的新員工，很好的微笑，也熱情，積極的幫助每一位找到她們的顧客，還有一個餐廳小男生也很健談（觀察到的），早上一樓出來感受新鮮空氣的時候遇到了前台夜班小女孩，沒注意叫什麼，雖然經過一夜的煎熬看起來很疲憊，但還能感受到她的態度，也是給人很舒服的感覺；7點半左右我站在大堂休息區弄手機，遇到了一位PA阿姨，她拖地到我身邊的時候在我們眼神對視了一下，恰到好處的和我打了招呼，退房的時候遇到了年輕的FOM Hatti，和我溝通了入住時遇到的問題，很有禮貌得知我種花草還送了咖啡渣渣給我們，每個員工都發揚着主人翁的精神，讓顧客有賓至如歸的感覺；此次入住物超所值，整體感受非常不錯，這裏的服務一點不亞於希爾頓集團高level的品牌，我還想説其實你們不僅僅代表這家酒店，也代表着這座城市，這些工作人員也讓這座城市給我留下了很好的印象，讓我還想再來，謝謝你們！祝大家工作順利！

Before arriving at the hotel, the hotel took the initiative to call us; when we arrived at the hotel, we took the initiative to help us carry our luggage and send it to the room, and also sent welcome fruits (I only remembered to take pictures when I ate half of the cherry tomatoes). Almost every staff member we met was smiling, proactive, kind, and helpful. For example, when we learned that we were going to Hexia Ancient Town, the beautiful woman we met in the elevator took the initiative to tell us the convenient and fast way to travel and the route; when we missed the lunch time at the suitable restaurant and returned to the hotel exhausted, although the hotel restaurant was also on break time, they arranged as much as possible according to our needs, and improvised creativity (not on the menu): one portion of Yangchun noodles with stir-fried meat topping for each person! No extra money was charged! Isn't it touching? A big 👍🏻 thank you to all the hotel staff who provided us with warm service and help! To ​​be fair, the hotel's facilities still have room for improvement compared with international brand five-star hotels.

My hotel check-in experience on October 25: I booked a non-smoking room on Ctrip, and the hotel agreed (see picture). But when I entered the room, I found a cigarette tray on the table. Of course everyone loves a sunroom. Unexpectedly, after entering the room, I realized that this room was a ”sunroom” with the western sun shining down, and the room temperature was 27 degrees (see picture). The hotel's air conditioners had been turned off at that time. I wanted to take a good rest and sleep in the hotel, but after struggling for a long time, I just couldn't sleep because it was ”hot”.

The room layout is reasonable and spacious. The facilities in the room can be controlled by voice through Xiaodu, and robots deliver things, which are the favorites of children. The hotel staff was very enthusiastic. My white skirt was stained by a few stains by the children. I saw that I was washing clothes and came over to help me wash the oil stains by myself. It was great. There are fewer types of breakfast, but the taste is good. The overall evaluation is a warm and loving hotel. Like home 👍

國慶來玩的，房間很好，寶寶睡得很舒服，前一天是住的民宿是很漂亮的，但是酒店呢還是會更加的舒服，讓人睡得更加的沉一點更放鬆，估計跟床是很大關係。剛進房間廁所有點臭，聯繫工作人員馬上過來處理了反應及時。走廊有點太長了，走得有點累。其他都很好。
