Huai'an Huaiyin District Hotels

Very impressive! The dining is excellent, the staff are exceptional, and the rooms are spotless. I stayed in the executive suite for about two weeks. It is a nice place to go for breakfast and dinner. The best Western breakfast in Huai'an is definitely there in the Pullman. The restaurant that serves local cuisine, Huaiyin Cai, is superb. Having stayed in this hotel many times, I have to say that it is just a wonderful experience. The lobby bar has a very nice selection of drinks. The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen in China are in the Pullman in Huai'an. The classiest place in Huai'an is their executive lounge. It is attached to a large shopping mall, and there is a 7-11 very close by. Many of the staff speak English well. That is a nice hotel!

Very very new hotel, new to several managers patrolling the restaurant and directing the waiters to place cutlery and food, still in the running-in period. The hotel breakfast was average, and the Chinese food was obviously not as well done as the western. To the credit of the gym, it was my first time running on a hotel treadmill. The gym not only has equipment, but is also prepared with buckets of water and towels, and even earplugs, which is well considered.

The most impressive thing about this hotel is the warmth and thoughtfulness. All the staff members we met were doing their best to provide good service. Before arriving at the hotel, the hotel took the initiative to call us; when we arrived at the hotel, we took the initiative to help us carry our luggage and send it to the room, and also sent welcome fruits (I only remembered to take pictures when I ate half of the cherry tomatoes). Almost every staff member we met was smiling, proactive, kind, and helpful. For example, when we learned that we were going to Hexia Ancient Town, the beautiful woman we met in the elevator took the initiative to tell us the convenient and fast way to travel and the route; when we missed the lunch time at the suitable restaurant and returned to the hotel exhausted, although the hotel restaurant was also on break time, they arranged as much as possible according to our needs, and improvised creativity (not on the menu): one portion of Yangchun noodles with stir-fried meat topping for each person! No extra money was charged! Isn't it touching? A big 👍🏻 thank you to all the hotel staff who provided us with warm service and help! To ​​be fair, the hotel's facilities still have room for improvement compared with international brand five-star hotels.

The environment is clean and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are complete and clean. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the response is fast, and it makes people feel warm. High cost performance, convenient location, quiet surroundings, good sleep quality. Will choose here next time, highly recommended!

Downstairs is the Yellow River Ancient Road, a geographical boundary marker between north and south of China. Drive to the West Amusement Park for half an hour and take a bus to the ancient town of Hexia for one hour. Very convenient. The hotel has an underground parking lot for convenient parking and fruit is delivered. The facilities are complete, there is a very large combed bed by the window, my son said that he is very satisfied, and the price increase is not much during the 11th holiday. Cost-effective. The most satisfying thing is breakfast, the 25-story revolving restaurant has a complete variety of breakfasts. In the morning, I drank some Huainan beef soup and came to a cup of coffee. It was really comfortable.

The room is ok. But the overall feeling of the hotel is a little bit owed, that is, the office building has several floors, the door of the room is estimated to be the metal anti-theft door pre-installed in the original building, and the sound of opening the door is relatively loud. The elevator is not independent, the front desk hall is small, and it feels more like that kind of homestay apartment.

The room is spacious, the service is friendly, parking is convenient, eating is also convenient, there is an underground parking lot, and the sanitation is also very clean. It is a very cost-effective hotel and I will choose it next time.

房間很大，窗簾遮光效果非常好（第二天睡過頭來不及去方特）。空調聲音大到影響睡眠，吵的頭疼，關了睡覺半夜被熱醒，衹能打開裏面一間用微風，外面一間空調完全不能打開 ，跟鼓風機一樣的聲音屬實嚇到我了。倆小孩想睡一起，把床並起來後小朋友從地上撿到一小塊發黴的紅薯。應該是之前客人在房間吃早飯掉床底沒打掃乾淨。酒店床品很舒服，導致我回家後對枕頭戀戀不忘，到處找同款。下次去淮安還會選擇這家維也納，選一個不太需要開空調的天氣去😄

我們是十一國慶節期間住的，環境乾淨，早餐齊全。位置還比較便利，打車去景點基本上都在10公里以內。酒店細節做得非常好，衞生間裏還有一次性的酒精消毒濕巾。這次出行被宜尚酒店很狠種草了，在南京住的也是這個品牌的酒店，非常不錯。
