I really super liked this hotel. I didn't expect the single room I booked to be like an entire apartment with partitions of living room, bedroom, dining area, kitchen, and toilet. It has complete stuff inside even a fridge and there's also a small balcony. The breakfast buffet was also nice with variety of food choices plus the room looks cozy and elegant. The only thing I would recommend / suggest is for staff to try their best to communicate in English especially if they have foreign visitors. Overall, I would love to book with this hotel again next time. Keep it up!

親子出遊酒店地理位置很好，離方特非常近，吃吃喝喝酒店都能搞定。酒店的服務人員都很熱情，早餐的品種也很豐富，飲品就有好幾種，現煮的麪，點心水果各式菜品也是應有盡有，還有現磨咖啡口感非常好，入住期間還給送了餅乾和酸奶，房間衞生也很乾凈，房間枕套還有姓，非常驚喜，真心不錯的酒店，性價比很高。真的超級推薦啊！！！

超出預期!太太太滿意了!經理還幫我把外賣送到樓上，寶寶睡著了幫我延遲退房!大床房給了孩子一個快樂假期，親戚在酒店辦理的歲宴會，菜品和服務都非常滿意，房間衞生也乾淨，設施齊全，四周出行方便，整體環境也非常棒！一定會推薦朋友再來!晚上喝多了，前台還幫準備了蜂蜜水，非常貼心的服務，真的非常棒的一次體驗！

新開的酒店，房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，酒店有充電樁，環境優美服務熱情，早餐自助餐，品質挺多，值得推薦是雜魚非常棒 👍 週末人多，前台很熱心的提醒錯峯出行，也沒有催促退房並可適當延遲，臨走送的孩子墩墩杯和水比較貼心，推薦合適親子出行，去方特非常方便。

帶一家老小去淮安方特，這個酒店位置絕佳。酒店衞生不錯，服務都很奈斯，早餐很豐富，尤其喜歡那碗陽春麪👍👍👍酒店房間也是看日出日落的好地方，清晨被朝陽喚醒。酒店離洪澤湖也很近，自駕環湖，還有醉美三公里，體驗感很好。

辦入住送了包子和銀耳湯，都是熱乎乎的，前台小姐姐説都是手工做的，味道真不錯暱，到房間還有小零食，小朋友可開心了，大堂還有各種茶水，增值服務，真的很貼心哦，房間有宛如歸家的感覺，客廳還有桌子沙發，房間衞生也很乾凈，每次回來必來芳草谷，離方特熊出沒也很近，必須五分好評，還送了小水杯。
