房間是公寓形式，一人一間房，密碼鎖，挺寬敞的，一張床，一個廁所，一個梳粧台，一個餐桌，幾把椅子。有一個投影幕布可以看電視。早上陽光灑進房間還挺舒服。馬拉松住這裏還蠻方便的，樓下就有助力車，去體育中心3km左右，去起點6.5km左右，騎車20分鐘左右能到。由於大學城附近，小店也挺多

非常好！地點非常方便，公交站拐個彎就到了，樓下就是羅森和很多餐廳。整個民宿又大又整潔，設施用具齊全，住起來感覺很好。性價比高，真誠推薦。（三樓便利店還有一衹很可愛的柯基੭ ᐕ）੭*⁾⁾）

房間設施比較老，住了回來之後去醫院就確診了蟲咬性皮炎，非常嚴重治療到現在才開始好轉。退房當天正在房間裏等車呢，保潔阿姨還趕人走
