前台工作人員禮貌專業，辦理入住高效迅速。客房服務響應及時，更換用品衹需一個電話。最驚喜的是機器人送物服務，科技感與温度並存。全季真正詮釋了“性價比”與“品質”的完美結合，無論是商務出行還是旅行度假，這裏都是我的首選。

酒店停車場在負一層，離寶龍廣場不遠！
房間配水和桔子水晶一樣（巴馬鉑泉）。房間收拾的比較乾淨。洗澡水很熱！
早餐在一樓，早餐的品類中規中矩，有可提升的空間。
離花街7公里左右。

帶娃來西遊樂園玩，入住了這家酒店，酒店非常安靜，房間也很大，很乾凈，小朋友超級喜歡，性價比超高，開心的旅程

我們是去西遊樂園定的這個酒店，晚上八點多去酒店的，工作人員打電話問什麼時候到店，下面停車場可以充電，這家的全季東西很全，馬桶是全智能的，還有加濕器，更值得一提的是房間裏的電視電影是開通了vip。娃很喜歡這家酒店，問下次來還能不能再訂這家。走得時候還送了孩子旺旺大禮包，早飯的種類也比較多，光顧着吃，忘了拍照了。來淮安旅遊推薦這家酒店

這次入住全季酒店，體驗堪稱完美，必須給五星好評！
一進大堂，暖黃色的燈光和淡雅的香薰味道就營造出温馨又舒適的氛圍，前台工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住迅速，還貼心介紹各項服務。
房間乾淨整潔，佈局合理，床品軟硬適中，睡了個超舒服的好覺。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質也很棒。
酒店位置特別好，周邊吃飯、逛街都很方便。早餐種類豐富，營養搭配合理，開啟活力滿滿的一天。
這次入住體驗感拉滿，不管是商務出差還是休閑旅行，全季酒店都是超棒的選擇，下次還來！

這家全季是我住過所有全季中最棒的。入住送了新春禮包。房間超級大，還特別新。房間內還送了可樂、雪碧。酒店周圍有一個長長的商業美食街。購物、吃飯方便。而且地下停車場有充電樁也超級方便。早飯也非常豐盛。

周恩來紀念館、張純如紀念館、淮安府署、河下古鎮都逛了，挺不錯。住在寶龍廣場的全季，乾淨衞生服務不錯。離高速口還有西遊樂園比較近，環境很安靜，完全沒有噪音。挺好的

房間裝修很漂亮，乾淨温馨，整個酒店有禪茶的香，舒緩入心。
酒店服務特別好，和父母一起總共六人出行，定的不同房型，所以一開始兩間房距離太遠，前台聽到我的反饋後馬上升級了一間房，重新調至相鄰的兩間，方便父母和我們的行程，並且給兩個小孩贈送了早餐，在此特別感謝!早餐挺豐盛的，大人小孩都很滿意！
另外，前台的服務意識很強，我半夜因為同屋打鼾的原因，索要耳塞，前台工作人員立刻問，是因為環境哪裡太吵了嗎?深切體會到全季酒店以客人為中心的服務文化，深深融入酒店員工的思想!
最後離店的時候，還有免費送站的服務,記得至少提前12小時和前台預約噢
