老闆夫妻倆非常好，我們兩個家庭住，沒車位立馬挪了一個車位給我們，看我們人多，其中一個1.5米大床房還給升級1.8米大床，非常感謝🙏🏻。
雙床房裡麪還有大沙發，房間很大，比預期的好，價格也實惠。

已經是第二次入住，賓館改名了但也好像重新裝修了，很整潔乾淨，不光是衝著賓館地理位置好，也是衝著老闆兩口子人好再次入住，體驗特好，有到家的感覺，老闆娘還免費送我們到吃飯的地方，再次感謝🙏會推薦朋友到總理故里來旅遊，來入住這裏，感受淮安的人傑地靈！

雖説到了碰上馬拉松沒房間了，但是酒店人員照顧很到位給晚點退房了，人都很好。對淮安人有了非常好的印象，城市好人也好。

房間乾淨衞生，距離淮安府署一牆之隔，周圍很多飯店。特別需要説明的是，老闆人也太好了！熱情的為我們介紹周圍的景點，離店時看我們走的早，還送了牛奶！

非常推薦！老闆叔叔阿姨都很熱情！人很好！
地理位置：離淮安府署、漕運博物館、周恩來故居等都很近，出行有共享電動車也很方便，老闆叔還跟我們説出行可以借他家電動車🛵
住宿環境：乾淨整潔，公共區域也比較寬敞，可以把行李箱直接攤開，基本設施和一次性用品很齊全，有缺的可以問阿姨拿
其他：因為買不到返程票被迫續住一晚，阿姨給了早餐🍳還把我順路帶到了高鐵站🚄下次來淮安還住這家！
