設施：配套不齊全，缺少地巾的房間，給前台打電話需求配送，態度惡劣，説我們今天才入住，為什麼就要地巾浴巾，這並不是無限制使用。我沒地巾怕摔跤當然先用浴巾墊啊。
投影儀我是住進去就電話説有問題的，女前台説找師傅修，晚上再打電話的時候，是個男前台，説下班了，不知道，OK，我沒計較，結果到了第二天中午也是沒人修。
衞生：房間衞生打掃極其敷衍了事，地板是粘的，床邊全是上個客人的頭髮，衞生間根本沒擦，都有黴斑與污漬。給前台打電話説有很多頭髮，叫了一個阿姨來打掃掉了。我們三一起看着掃出來巨多頭髮絲。地上甚至還有個沒有拆開的byt。
環境：房間遮光性巨巨巨巨巨差，早上五點那個光，我以為我窗簾被誰掀開了。優點是，房間還算比較大。
服務：前台服務並不是24小時在線，並且服務態度極其惡劣，女前台還好，就是敷衍而已，男前台的大叔可以説是惡語相向了，我房間需要一些東西，給我兇，給我吼，用質問的語氣來服務我？本來就缺少的地巾和毛巾，要求配送是怎麼了嗎，送到房門口還罵罵咧咧，嫌棄用的多了，搞清楚，我的房間是根本沒有這個東西。

優點：房間大，離吳承恩故居很近，步行就可以到達。缺點：衞生間和淋浴間雖然乾濕分離，但是是透明的玻璃門，對面就是超大的鏡子，一點私隱感沒有。被套可能由於使用時間過久，都破了。許久沒有遇到過收按金的酒店了，這家酒店辦理入住，先交100元按金，退房等檢查沒有問題了再退回。服務人員態度冷漠，門口停車位少，又停着電動車，超級不好停，就這樣店家也不會出來看一眼，差勁

就在河下古鎮和吳承恩故居旁，旁邊還有條小吃街。吃和逛都很方便住了一天果斷再續了一間雙床房。

酒店就在河下古鎮裏，旁邊好幾家好吃的店鋪，交通比較便利，店裡有好幾衹貓咪，很可愛，雖然是2樓，也有電梯。

房間很大，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，中央空調，還配有電熱毯，這怕潮濕的北方人很好。服務人員很熱心，詢問事情耐心講解。去吳承恩故居、狀元府、河下古鎮等景點很近，去漕運博物館等也很方便。
房間非常寬敞，乾淨。非常適合度假、休息，會考慮再來。

要來住的集美們！一定要注意⚠️注意！
圖片和房間不符！圖片上面掛了好幾張圖都是有浴缸，而且精品房比別的房間還貴一些！但是我到了進房間後發現沒有浴缸！我打電話問前台！他們説你定的就是沒有浴缸的！我説那圖片為什麼有！他告訴我。。那就是圖片上面寫了沒有浴缸！反正我找了連結半天也沒看到沒浴缸三個字！這就算了！洗澡的地方沒有噴頭！！沒有！衹有一個掛在頂上的！孩子洗頭水都灌進耳朵了。進來説讓我們寫好評！然後送早餐券。早餐其實就是水煮雞蛋！散裝零食小餅乾！還有白粥！沒了！這是我看過的最垃圾的酒店早餐，其實不想送可以不送，沒必要搞的這麼寒酸。本來對淮安這個地方還覺得挺好，出來的的士司機都很熱情，結果住了這個酒店後真的讓我歎為觀止。
