The manager's service is good, but the room facing the street is really noisy. There are not many hotels to choose from near Hexia Ancient Town. I compared several other hotels and chose this one because the bed is 1.8m.

非假期，酒店價格十分實惠。地理位置不錯，離下河古鎮，沈坤狀元府等景點步行可達。對面是大的超市，買東西也方便。衞生狀況，服務態度也很好。美中不足是下水道有些反味，特別是晚上洗澡後。反映問題後店方積極解決，總之值得推薦。

住的很舒服，洗澡水大，交通也便捷，對面就是“草上飛”有軌電車，離河下古鎮步行即可。衹是辦入住的工作人員有些冷漠，全程冷臉，問就回答兩個字“對面”“沒有”，多一個字都沒有。也許是她當天心情不好，但給第一次到淮安的我留下了不好印象。
我入住時説“你好，看看我是不是預訂的你們店？”把身份證給她，她什麼都沒説直接辦好房卡。我問“草上飛”離得遠嗎？她説“對面”。我走了兩步看到餐廳就回去又問了一下“麻煩看看我這個有早餐嗎？因為不是我自己定的”，她冷臉回答“沒有”。
房間和地理位置還是值得肯定的，毛巾浴巾都是有塑封的。
