The hotel belongs to the Want Want Group, and the location is very good. It is very close to the nearby Li Canal Scenic Area, and there are many shopping malls and restaurants around. The hotel's open-air parking lot is super large. The 16th floor where I stayed has a wide view, and the 6 elevators are convenient to get up and down. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, and fruit and snacks are also provided. The interior decoration, the furniture is a bit old but it is still clean, the shower water flow is super strong and cool. The only disadvantage is that the air conditioner may be too old to operate and the sound is too loud, and the TV is a bit poor. Overall, it is a satisfactory hotel experience.

入住體驗及差的一次，第一天辦入住的時候，前台很客氣，一切都很好，所有的不愉快都發生在第二天，兩位長者去用早餐，卻被告知沒購買早餐，可我訂單上是特意買的早餐券，明明是自己系統有問題，害他們來回折騰兩次，最後衹讓他們拿了點麪包當乾糧，搞的好像我沒付錢，施捨我一樣，由於趕時間返程，也沒跟他們多囉嗦，最後退房的時候，擔心又有幺蛾子，特意問了有沒有輸入車牌，很肯定説入了電腦，可事實開到門口，果然沒輸！！這種都是低級錯誤，住過上百家星級酒店，第一次碰到那麼鬧心的，從此拉黑，再也不會來，勸退！！！

第一次住旺旺酒店，小朋友們特別好奇，不過酒店確實有點老了，房間設施沒那麼新穎。不過位置很好，門口走一會就是1號有軌電車站，去花街河下古鎮都可以到。房間裏有四包旺旺小零食，還有兩瓶旺旺礦泉水，但是好像是不是我們房間少了兩瓶旺旺牛奶啊？服務態度都很好，整體感覺是下次還會再來住的，還會推薦給朋友。
