The hotel belongs to the Want Want Group, and the location is very good. It is very close to the nearby Li Canal Scenic Area, and there are many shopping malls and restaurants around. The hotel's open-air parking lot is super large. The 16th floor where I stayed has a wide view, and the 6 elevators are convenient to get up and down. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, and fruit and snacks are also provided. The interior decoration, the furniture is a bit old but it is still clean, the shower water flow is super strong and cool. The only disadvantage is that the air conditioner may be too old to operate and the sound is too loud, and the TV is a bit poor. Overall, it is a satisfactory hotel experience.

停車場很大很大。一進酒店大堂，到處都是旺旺元素，好開心，大的小的，民族風的，還有兩大櫃的旺旺零食。辦好入住進房間，孩子們的尖叫聲。好多零食啊，雖然沒有住主題房，但是零食也不少。每個房間還有浴缸，提供泡澡袋，毛巾，拖鞋，浴袍上都是旺旺。小朋友哦哦哦，叫個不停。早餐也很棒，還有零食吃。下次帶來。

旺旺IP酒店，酒店門口有一個大大的金色的旺旺，酒店有點年頭了，傢俱陳設有年代感了，房間面積也不算大，但房間裏面有旺旺的很多小零食，冰箱裏有自家的飲品。

帶孩子來玩西遊樂園，找酒店的時候，一看到神旺大酒店就毫不猶豫的預訂了。相信每個80後的爸爸媽媽們都是看着旺旺的廣告長大的
先説下地理位置：非常好。酒店的兩邊一邊是中國人民銀行一邊中級人民法院，銀行人都懂人民銀行地理位置的重要性的！
酒店的確如大家所説很老，08年開業，淮安第一家4星。整個酒店佈置的確就是老舊風，包括裏面的設施的確沒法和新開酒店去比，但是帶孩子出來乾淨整潔服務好才是關鍵所在
説下服務：我們是週五入住的，辦理入住的時候估計是新員工，動作挺慢的。到了房間以後一打開就有煙味，馬上打了電話需要更換房間。然後就是漫長的等待過程，差不多10-15分鐘吧，打了電話去催，沒想到接電話的小姑娘全程在問其他人，關鍵是教她回覆話術的姑娘，態度敷衍到不行，估計她也沒想到，電話這頭能聽的清楚。
後來打電話去前台反應了這個情況，一位叫“周珊”的工作人員相應非常及時，親自上門對情況做了解釋，態度也很誠懇，告訴了我們因為樓層正好在開會的確耽誤了我們的時間，前台的小姑娘雖然沒有説錯，但的確態度上有問題，已經做了批評。
對於這種不推諉不甩鍋及時迴應的工作態度真的值得點贊
包括同樓層的阿姨，也非常好，帶我們換房間的時候一間間看沒有一點不耐煩，還送了小朋友小零食
這才是一家好的酒店應該有的服務。
除了入住的不愉快，其他真的都很棒！值得推薦！
