The hotel room facilities are very old and dangerous. This already rusty one is tied with plastic ties, but still has a metal frame with four sharp corners, and is placed between the shower room and the basin. I called the hotel and brought iodine, and a waiter came later with 2 cucumbers, an orange, and a few small tomatoes to express my condolences. . . I was rejected. After looking at the wound, he paused and left. The next day, another one, probably a higher level one, brought a plate the size of a bone saucer. This time the fruits included dozens of cherries, a dozen lychees, a mangosteen, a Tainong mango, and what not. . . . forgotten. Finally I apologized. Then, he told the hotel to respond. In short, I stayed for 2 nights, and when I checked out on the third day, the broken iron square basket was still in the room. No one said to take me to the hospital for treatment. . . .

本次住宿酒店環境非常好，辦理入住的時候免費升級了湖景房，前台小姐姐小謝和小張都很熱情周到，房間乾淨，服務員下午還送了水果和酸奶，離開酒店前台小姐姐們送了西遊記的貼紙書，小朋友很開心。總之這次入住體驗非常棒！

設施：看介紹好像是2011年開業的，但是感覺內部設施都很新很乾凈，湖景房正好能看到酒店外面清漣湖的夜景，聽餐廳負責人介紹説是通宵亮燈，到早上才滅，湖中央有個小島是給來酒店辦草坪婚禮的新人預備的，不對住客開放，略遺憾，停車位很多，地面地下都有，總的來説設施挺好的，就是床墊太軟了，有點腰痠背痛😅 衞生：很好，無論是房間，公共部分，都很好很乾凈 服務：超好，一進大堂就有接待帶去前台辦理入住，工作人員小方小張工作效率很高，態度又好，很耐心回覆各個問題，辦好以後又有工作人員再指引電梯，並告知酒店主要設施分佈，用餐時間等， 餐飲：到的當天在中餐廳點了些簡餐，餐廳工作人員特別好，介紹餐點介紹景點特別耐心細緻，早餐也很豐富，品種多又好吃，水果特別多，還有不少淮安當地美食。 住過好幾次開元，對開元印象一直很好，希望能保持住品質

酒店衞生服務豆很好，每天給免費準備一份水果，樓道準備免費農夫山泉，隨時可取。 服務人員會熱情問早上好。樓下有一個湖，可以去泛舟玩。據説夏天來能採蓮。 謝謝小張小謝服務，還有很多前台接待人員都很不錯👍
