When coming there it was tough because the hotel's name is similar to some others. Customer service was good. All the necessary hotel amenities were there except there were no flipflops and there was a certain odor in the room. Loved the breakfast.

The decoration is a bit old, the floors and tables and cabinets are of the same style as many years ago. The quilt cover doesn't look like it's new, it doesn't feel starched and astringent to the touch, and there's an extra layer of disposable pillowcase on the pillow, I don't know if it's left by the previous tenant. The service attitude is pretty good.

The floor is really bad. There is no shampoo or shower gel. The towels are also disposable and rough paper. There is only a small roll in the bathroom.
