Hygiene: There was a minor problem with the sanitation of the guest room that day. After responding to the customer service and the front desk, it was properly resolved. I believe the hotel will pay more attention to it in the future. Facilities: The facilities of this hotel are really flawed! ! ! I checked in that afternoon. Although there is no big sun, the temperature is as high as 31 degrees. The hotel room uses a wall water circulation system, that is, the temperature is controlled by the hotel computer, but it is really uncomfortable. I got an explanation after responding to the hotel. But it’s really deadly for people who are afraid of the heat. Also, I checked in that afternoon and wanted to take a shower first, but found that there was no hot water. After the aunt of the housekeeping depar**ent came, I thought that the bathroom in my room was broken. Later, it was discovered that the hot water supply system of the entire hotel was broken, and the instructor was notified to repair it. It took about two hours to repair it. For a hotel that is positioned as a high-end hotel, such a problem shouldn't arise. Fortunately, the attitude of the young lady at the front desk has always been very good. Finally, I would like to give the hotel a suggestion: I hope that the elevator is set in the form of swiping keys, which can increase safety.

超級滿意，可以説是我訂酒店以來最滿意的一次，性價比真的很高 服務：服務人員和打掃的阿姨都非常的熱情，見面都會打招呼，早餐也很棒，有麪條還有小餛飩 環境：非常好，看上去大床房非常高級，洗澡的時候最驚喜，花灑水特別足（我上次去南京300多點的房間花灑小的滴水狀） 還有機器人送餐送物服務，被可愛到了，綜上特別的滿意，下次來淮安還會選擇宜必思淮工店

房間提前定的，性價比很高。距離雖離市內景區遠點，自駕遊影響不大，酒店停車也很方便。 早餐普通，但勝在整體價格實惠，沒啥可挑剔的，也可就近選擇別的早餐店

房間乾淨舒適整潔，美中不足有就是有一點不隔音。不過呢，門店經理很熱情，把兩邊的住户搬走了，我們在這愉快的住了三天。瓶裝水衹要需要，免費提供。早餐種類豐富可口。下回再來，還會住在這裏，並向朋友推薦。
