We had the best time at the hotel starting from the receptionist she was so generous and helpful as well as the security guard that evening We arrived he was very kind and helpful.
The hotel interior is beautiful with alot of arts. I especially liked the mirrors in the bathroom they are huge and very clean. The hotel itself is very clean and the beddings are very soft, warm and comfortable. We also liked the room service they were quick and delivered delicious warm food. The breakfast was good as well although We couldn't find other meals we had previously seen on the list.
The only issue we had was constant knock at the door almost 5 times the same morning which inconvenience us somehow.i would recommend next time they finish with all the registration process when someone is checking in to avoid all this inconvenience.
Generally i would recommend anyone coming to Huai'an to book this hotel.

非常不錯的一個酒店，前台服務員張小姐人非常熱情，酒店沒有一點異味。還有一個是至今我不知道空調非常靜音但卻不知道冷風是在哪裡吹出來的。哈哈，點贊啦，碑實不錯

位置:位於市中心附近，酒店門前就有公交站台，交通比較方便。
環境:古色古香的意境和風格，整體還是很漂亮的。
服務:前台的小姐姐人很温柔態度也很好，在客房有問題時也耐心服務解答。就是早餐麪檔的阿姨説話有點兒冷漠😂可能是覺着我們年輕人太懶了起太遲了哈哈哈哈，總體還是挺好的。
衞生:當天住的客房衞生情況有點兒小問題，在和客服和前台反應後得到了很妥善的解決，相信酒店以後會更加重視的。
設施:這家酒店的設施真的是硬傷啊！！！當天下午入住，雖然沒有大太陽但温度也高達31度，酒店房間內採用了牆體水循環系統，就是温度是通過酒店電腦控制的，但真的非常得不舒適，和酒店反應之後得到了解釋，但對怕熱的人來説真的挺致命的🙈還有就是當天下午入住，想先洗個澡，結果發現沒有熱水，客房部的阿姨來過後一開始以為是我房間的浴室壞了，後來發現整個酒店的熱水供應系統都壞了，才通知了師傅來檢修，後過了兩個小時左右才維修好。對於一家定位是高檔型的酒店這樣的問題不太應該出現，好在前台的小姐姐態度一直非常好。
最後給酒店提一一個建議:希望電梯設定為刷卡按鍵的形式，這樣可以增加安全性。

超級滿意，可以説是我訂酒店以來最滿意的一次，性價比真的很高
服務：服務人員和打掃的阿姨都非常的熱情，見面都會打招呼，早餐也很棒，有麪條還有小餛飩
環境：非常好，看上去大床房非常高級，洗澡的時候最驚喜，花灑水特別足（我上次去南京300多點的房間花灑小的滴水狀）
還有機器人送餐送物服務，被可愛到了，綜上特別的滿意，下次來淮安還會選擇宜必思淮工店

房間提前定的，性價比很高。距離雖離市內景區遠點，自駕遊影響不大，酒店停車也很方便。
早餐普通，但勝在整體價格實惠，沒啥可挑剔的，也可就近選擇別的早餐店

房間乾淨舒適整潔，美中不足有就是有一點不隔音。不過呢，門店經理很熱情，把兩邊的住户搬走了，我們在這愉快的住了三天。瓶裝水衹要需要，免費提供。早餐種類豐富可口。下回再來，還會住在這裏，並向朋友推薦。
