Lovely modern hotel. Quiet location,
Modern area. A little bit out of town, but quick taxi ride and you're in the hustle and bustle of downtown Huai’an

掛牌五星罷了。服務態度不是很好。沒有實際的解決方案。和香格里拉這種知名老牌的酒店服務態度差太多。五星酒店一般早餐是可以送上樓的。這家衹給打包一點難吃的麪包。行李也不會主動送上樓。下次不會再來

清明節來淮安遊玩，在攜程上選擇了挺久，最終訂了嘉華。當時看重的是便利的交通，靠近萬達的豐富商圈，以及五星酒店的服務水準。整體還算滿意，但有一些小建議如下，建議酒店考慮:
1. 酒店設施較老: 我們是帶孩子出遊，孩子喜歡看電視，房間的電視機實在是太舊了，聲音聽起來也有點奇怪。
2. 糟糕的空調系統: 4月初，天氣略有些熱，酒店空調是無法自主控制的，酒店當天房間內的温度是26°，孩子嫌熱，服務員態度很好，很快送來了冷風扇，但是冷風扇的聲音比較大，而且房間很乾燥，第二天早上孩子流鼻血了。建議放開空調的控制，房間濕度也請監控一下。
3.枕頭不是很舒服:這個見仁見智，我自己覺得不太舒服，有些低了。
其他都比較滿意，自帶的中餐廳很棒，我們2大2小點了198套餐，量大美味，軟兜和麪條很不錯，還送了個很大的果盤！衹是回到酒店房間才發現有個158元的優惠券可以用，不過菜還是很不錯的，餐廳服務員大姐也很熱情！

幾十年來住過的最差五星，沒有之一。
1、作為五星酒店，沒有門僮。這是我頭一次遇到。問前台，曰，門僮吃飯去了。還反問，“您有行李？”早上十點多居然吃飯去了，就算去吃飯了，沒有換班的？而且當天下午和第二天早上我幾次都沒看到門僮，也就是説，前台是忽悠我的，壓根就沒有。
2、四台通往客房的電梯，進去刷卡後，才提示“不到你所在樓層”。衹好出電梯，再碰運氣看下一部電梯到不到所在樓層。關鍵的是，你不到就不到吧，電梯外部沒有任何提示衹到哪些樓層！這是準備讓客人自己猜猜猜，把客人當猴耍。
3、客房有殘留煙味和黴味。浴缸衞生堪憂，蓋子壞的。毛巾極硬。
4、迷你吧全部收費，這種水平的酒店，我呵呵了。
當即退房選擇了另外一家。
