I came to Huai'an for the Qingming Festival. I spent a long time choosing on Ctrip and finally booked Jiahua. At that time, I valued the convenient transportation, the rich business district near Wanda, and the service level of a five-star hotel. Overall, I was quite satisfied, but there are some small suggestions as follows, which I suggest the hotel consider: 1. The hotel facilities are relatively old: We are traveling with children, and the children like to watch TV. The TV in the room is really too old, and the sound sounds a bit strange. 2. Poor air conditioning system: In early April, the weather was a little hot, and the hotel air conditioning could not be controlled autonomously. The temperature in the hotel room that day was 26°. The child was too hot, and the waiter was very good. He quickly sent a cold fan, but the cold fan was loud, and the room was very dry. The child had a nosebleed the next morning. It is recommended to release the control of the air conditioner, and please monitor the humidity in the room. 3. The pillow is not very comfortable: This is a matter of opinion. I personally feel that it is not very comfortable and a little low. Everything else was quite satisfactory. The Chinese restaurant was great. We ordered the 198 set meal for 2 adults and 2 children. It was large and delicious. The soft serve and noodles were very good. A large fruit plate was also given! I only found out that there was a 158 yuan coupon available when I returned to the hotel room. However, the food was still very good. The waitress in the restaurant was also very enthusiastic!

This hotel is the most stable hotel in Huai'an. I stay here every time I come. I especially praise Xiao Xu for his excellent service and help in solving difficult problems.

The worst five-star hotel I have stayed in for decades, bar none. 1. As a five-star hotel, there is no doorman. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation. I asked the front desk, and they said that the doorman went to eat. They also asked, "Do you have luggage?" He went to eat at more than 10 o'clock in the morning. Even if he went to eat, there was no shift change? And I didn't see the doorman several times that afternoon and the next morning. In other words, the front desk was fooling me and there was no doorman at all. 2. The four elevators leading to the guest rooms only prompted "not to your floor" after swiping the card. I had to get out of the elevator and try my luck to see if the next elevator could reach my floor. The key is that if you don't want to go, then don't go. There is no prompt on the outside of the elevator to which floors it will go! This is to let the guests guess by themselves, and treat the guests like monkeys. 3. There is residual smoke and mold in the guest room. The bathtub is unhygienic and the lid is broken. The towel is extremely hard. 4. The mini bar is fully charged. For a hotel of this level, I laughed. I checked out immediately and chose another one.
