Shangri-La Hotel

The first floor is being renovated as soon as you enter the door. It is really unsightly and there are safety risks everywhere. Then you encounter an open bathroom with no door. The decoration design is amazing.

I really can’t bear it, so I must give a negative review. Hygiene: Let’s talk about the sanitary conditions first. They are simply dirty and poor. There were many stains on the toilet bowl from previous customers. There was mold behind the bed and the air was very turbid. The air conditioner had not been cleaned for a long time and the air was blown out with dust. There was a lot of lint on the floor. Environment: The environment is very bad. I feel uncomfortable even if I stay there for one night. Service: The service attitude is very poor. I was charged more when checking out. Facilities: The facilities are extremely old, and the furniture inside feels like they were bought from the second-hand market. The breakfast was very, very bad. I originally booked this hotel because of the breakfast, but I still felt sick after eating it. Don't stay in this hotel unless necessary! ! ! ! !

需要住宿的 可以看一下我的親身體驗 不踩雷 難得寫一次評價 還是給差評 第一：空調不行 現在是十二月20號的天氣 老冷了 住的是23樓 一點暖氣都沒有 第二：馬桶沒有水沖 還好個人有潔癖 每次出差都帶個摺疊的臉盆 不然後果不堪設想啊 第三：那個熱水得放個一二十分鐘 才有熱水 本來都沒有空調了 暖氣不行 熱水還不行 這個十二月的天氣説冷也冷 簡直花個錢找感冒的節奏啊 最後早上的前台小姐姐不好説話 昨晚9點多住宿的 夜班的小姐姐就超級好 還多給一張房卡 因為要續住 由於昨晚的房間不行 就換個房間 看看有沒有熱水 有沒有暖氣 想想換酒店麻煩 就換個房間吧 今天中午辦理換房間 她直接收走一張房卡了 説什麼都不讓給兩張房卡 我和朋友沒有同時出入 所以出入不方便 和她説有時候一兩點 兩三點回酒店的 還告訴她 又不是一張卡24小時插電的 她説你24小時插電都沒事 就是不給房卡 晚上不管幾點回酒店 就到22樓叫前台夜班的小姐姐開門 我心想：反正她是不上夜班的 所以管你幾點回酒店 這麼冷的天 也不讓夜班的休息 你叫吧 反正不關她的事 總之怎麼説都不給兩張房卡 就是因為不給房卡 我們就取消了 不住了 她不留客人 要是老闆知道會不會生氣呀 説笑的 我和朋友出差 一住都是住一個星期以上的 也不需要做衞生 就換個垃圾就可以了 後來換了樓下4樓的酒店 尚客優酒店 這個是去年才裝修的 老新了 還比他家的便宜 值得推薦尚客優酒店 總之 這個什麼香格里拉不推薦不推薦哈 我用心寫的評價哈 有住客看到了 可以參考一下 不踩雷哦
