從來沒有給人差評過，今天第一次給兩個差評！酒店存在欺詐長者，節假日三倍漲價，與客户不溝通，以私人名義聯繫客户想訛錢等多項行為，體驗感非常差!首先我定了兩間房間，5月2日入住，5月3日向前台提出因為房間緊挨着高架非常吵!提出想換房間時，前台表示其他客人三點才退房，現在不可以換，OK，既然説了3點，那麼退房時間我也記住了。等到5月5日我退房的時候不到12點就給我打來電話催退房，我詢問前台不是3點嗎?為什麼變成12點，前台説在攜程上訂的就是12點退房，但是可以給我們延遲到下午2點，那為什麼前一天不説清楚到底是什麼渠道幾點退房？今天還有一間房退房又是12點給我打電話，是我家長者住的，讓12點退房並表示不可以延遲，要收取延遲房費!並且用的是個人手機號發過來，嚴重懷疑這是酒店內部員工個人想從中獲利，並且存在欺詐長者的行為!該店員在我詢問為什麼三號不讓換房間，且昨天退房可以延遲到兩點時回覆不知道，昨天前天不是她接待的，在我詢問投訴電話時也表示“不知道，你自己去查吧！”十分不滿，已投訴處理!

綜合考慮酒店的設施及服務都很好，客房房間比較乾淨衞生，早餐自助早餐也很豐富，出來玩的，這裏離桃花島很近，還能在合理的價格範圍內度過愉快的時光，值得推薦一下！
