出來幾年了，從來沒住過這麼撈的酒店。當然説的是服務態度，雖説是疫情，但是着實讓人生氣。我在房間沒找到拖鞋去前台問，前台説牀頭櫃下面應該會有。我就説好，那我回去再找一下，沒有再跟你們説。上去看確實沒有。用房間裏的電話撥打，他讓我自己下去拿，不願意送上來。
預訂酒店時候説有叫醒服務，本人明天考試。前台説，你自己定個鬧鐘，就算叫醒服務我們也衹是打個電話。然後我問你們會打電話嗎？很離譜，他説我不舒服，不會打。嘿，我也不舒服。那我花錢幹嘛了？我花錢給不舒服，找不舒服啊！説理解的，樂山大佛你來當。花錢找不舒服了，真的是。

隔音很差，隔壁打呼嚕都聽得見，十二點前必須退房不然20一個小時，每天都要因為房卡被停去前台續，關鍵定的兩天，我下午入住的，第二天十一點就刷不了了，第三天十一點又刷不了了，還換了三次房間，有漏水情況

一開始定錯成了雙人間，然後到酒店與前台商量換一間，工作人員也答應了換等價的商務大床房，但是床窄的要死，還有屋子也小的可憐，這麼大一家酒店，連衞生紙都不提供，這是第二次住他家，相比第一次差距實在是太大了，下次不去了。
