全季是標準化的商務酒店，這裏的標準化明顯不標準：第一，紗窗質量問題，導致沒法開窗，不然蚊蟲與你共舞，半夜蚊蟲在白色被子上...第二，服務管理有待提高，半夜要求換房，告知夜班衹有一個人不能走開，後由平台溝通請保安暫時值班前台，服務員來幫我更換房間，並説好第二天下午把行李搬到新房間；第三，管理層言而無信，第二天平台聯繫我説溝通好換**宜，趕回酒店卻被告知不清楚換房情況，為此店助兩次上門致歉，當面説得言辭懇切不斷承諾改進，出門後並沒有實際履行，在我投訴後告知可以免當日房費但是要保證不評論酒店，並讓機器人送來了向平台承諾的送水果以示歉意，請看圖！一切荒唐事不論何原因，都不該由客户為此買單。出門在外衹想住得舒心，希望引起重視吧。

這次帶女兒來西遊樂園玩的，在網上找了很久才選定這家酒店，地理位置可以，去東站和西遊樂園都很方便，旁邊還有個旭輝廣場。大名牌旗下的酒店值得信任，酒店很新但沒味道，房間也大，衞生乾淨，房間的空調很足，12樓還有洗衣服務，很推薦。關鍵服務好，退房時前台還很熱情的遞上冰水給我們，天氣熱帶瓶冰水涼涼，這樣服務太暖心了。

帶女兒到西遊樂園玩住的，應該是離樂園最近的全季了。酒店很新，前台幫升級了房間，房間很大，裝修也比老版的淡雅。唯一不太好的是，坐便器打掃得不怎麼乾淨

去淮安西遊樂園沒有選擇附近的酒店選擇了還有點距離的全季，路程大概十幾分鍾，還是挺方便的，附近有商場，環境還可以，服務也不錯

最近入住了全季酒店，體驗感滿分！從前台辦理入住時就能感受到服務的細緻，工作人員熱情專業，還貼心介紹了周邊遊玩攻略。房間一打開就讓人眼前一亮，裝修風格簡約又温馨，床品柔軟乾淨，洗漱用品齊全，還有一張非常適合孩子寫作業的桌子。早餐種類雖不是特別多，但該有的都有，口味不錯。這次入住處處都能感受到酒店的用心，下次還會選擇這裏！

這次入住的體驗超出預期，整體環境和服務都讓人印象深刻。
先説環境，大堂設計很有格調，進門就感覺很放鬆。走廊鋪着厚厚的地毯，走路幾乎沒聲音，房間裏更是安靜，關窗後完全聽不到外界噪音，晚上睡得特別沉。房間衞生做得很到位，床單被套帶着淡淡的清香，衞生間的玻璃和瓷磚一塵不染，連淋浴間的地漏都乾乾淨淨，看得出來清潔很用心。採光也不錯，大窗户讓房間亮亮堂堂的。
再提服務，前台辦理入住特別快，工作人員態度熱情。
位置也挺方便，離西遊樂園挺近 無論是出差還是旅遊住這裏都很合適。性價比很高，下次來這邊還會選這家～
