這次入住體驗非常愉快，尤其是前台小胡，服務態度超級好。酒店停車方便，住得很滿意。離高鐵站很近，還有接送站服務，非常及時，房間很乾凈也很大，離西遊樂園也近，出園後很快就可以到酒店，離景點河下古鎮打車也便宜。

房間設施很新，住的一間客房在11樓，窗簾拉開風景也很開闊，酒店位置在旭輝廣場附近，吃喝玩樂也很方便。酒店的帥哥阿豪熱情周到，服務非常熱情，下次還會選擇旭輝全季。

房間很大，吹風機很好，最喜歡1米5的床，帶孩子睡，毫無壓力。長桌是亮點，可以邊吃邊看電視，還有茶具可以品茶，簡直是太棒啦！

全季是標準化的商務酒店，這裏的標準化明顯不標準：第一，紗窗質量問題，導致沒法開窗，不然蚊蟲與你共舞，半夜蚊蟲在白色被子上...第二，服務管理有待提高，半夜要求換房，告知夜班衹有一個人不能走開，後由平台溝通請保安暫時值班前台，服務員來幫我更換房間，並説好第二天下午把行李搬到新房間；第三，管理層言而無信，第二天平台聯繫我説溝通好換**宜，趕回酒店卻被告知不清楚換房情況，為此店助兩次上門致歉，當面説得言辭懇切不斷承諾改進，出門後並沒有實際履行，在我投訴後告知可以免當日房費但是要保證不評論酒店，並讓機器人送來了向平台承諾的送水果以示歉意，請看圖！一切荒唐事不論何原因，都不該由客户為此買單。出門在外衹想住得舒心，希望引起重視吧。

這次帶女兒來西遊樂園玩的，在網上找了很久才選定這家酒店，地理位置可以，去東站和西遊樂園都很方便，旁邊還有個旭輝廣場。大名牌旗下的酒店值得信任，酒店很新但沒味道，房間也大，衞生乾淨，房間的空調很足，12樓還有洗衣服務，很推薦。關鍵服務好，退房時前台還很熱情的遞上冰水給我們，天氣熱帶瓶冰水涼涼，這樣服務太暖心了。
