這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店前台的服務真的超級貼心，看到我們兩位長者辦理入住，主動考慮到我們起夜時間不同，可能會互相影響休息，於是熱情地幫我們協調換成了雙床房。這樣的細節關懷讓人倍感温暖，入住期間休息得很好，沒有任何不便。
酒店的服務意識真的很棒，不僅設施乾淨舒適，員工也處處為客人着想，特別適合家庭或長輩出行。強烈推薦，下次還會選擇這裏！👍

剛剛返程，不得不説酒店性價比非常高，去年八九月份新裝修的，乾淨空間大，前台服務特別好，特別熱情，離河下古鎮、周恩來紀念館等，非常近。旁邊就是萬達廣場，還有評價非常高的孫家小龍蝦，酒店的早餐質量不錯，豆漿奶咖啡稀飯，餛飩包子，甜點水果一應俱全。
淮安美食不得不説，贊！到周恩來紀念館，深刻感受周總理的鞠躬盡瘁，死而後已。我對孩子説周總理是最偉大的無產階級革命者（有的領導可以稱之為神），沒有之一。此次遊玩，進行了一下心靈的洗滌，思想境界得到了進一步的提升，對人生有了新的感悟。

房間特別小，床品感覺也很不衞生，好像很久都沒換了，服務人員態度特別差。感覺住的不是酒店，跟監獄一樣。好像酒店的規定就是國家法律一樣。酒店跟其他另外好幾家合在一個樓裏面特別，特別不好找。酒店前台服務特別差，打電話口氣很兇。

酒店位置佳，近萬達廣場，紀念館，河下古鎮。有露天停車場，方便。前台服務規範。酒店在5到8層，房間較大，佈置簡潔。有天貓精靈智控。所住房間不足有二，一是空調噪音確實較大，二是衞生間換氣扇壞了，影響通風。馬桶位設計也比較奇怪，空間極狹，如廁感較差。
早餐在五樓餐廳，品類豐富且精緻，堪比星級酒店。印象佳，雞蛋餅特好吃，點贊。

這家快捷酒店前台服務的小美女非常好，第一天入住由於我睡眠淺沒睡好，第二天跟她們説了一下，小美女馬上免費給我升級了房間，由於房間位置安靜，第二天晚上睡的非常好，下次來玩還會選擇這家

環境：底商一排好幾家酒店，在同一棟樓，城市便捷有自己的電梯。
衞生：房間剛進去有點味道，開窗通風一會就好了，地面和洗手間都很乾凈。
服務：前台態度很好，早餐廳有現煮的餛飩和麪條，但是沒有擺出來，要自己問一下哦。

入住體驗感超棒，酒店免費幫我升級房間和延遲退房，前台很熱情，房間很大很寬敞，洗浴和台盆乾濕分離的，還有智能化語音設施，都挺齊全的，離河下古鎮也不遠，包括周恩來紀念館和淮安府署交通都很便捷，完美！！！
