工作人員服務很好，房間設施也比較舒適。但是房間隔音非常差，窗户和門基本上都形同虛設，挨着路邊的房間晚上經常有摩託車經過，房間內的水管有流水聲，早上八點多還在睡覺走廊裏就有孩子奔跑玩鬧，門絲毫沒有隔音作用。以上，這一覺睡的神經衰弱。

和朋友出遊訂的雙床。房間性價比很高。房間挺乾淨的，朋友也説很滿意。這個價格那麼便宜還贈送了早餐還有房間小驚喜，都挺滿意的。餐廳服務姐姐也好熱情，我都不好意思了。這幾天下雨怕衣服晾不幹，沒想到酒店有洗烘洗衣機，很方便的!不怕衣服不幹了。最後前台小姐姐推薦了很多景點，我們去了文創園離酒店也很近，咖喱飯很好吃。這次出遊很開心!♥

第一次訂到這麼優惠的酒店！大大的床很舒服，有洗衣房有早餐有暖空調，滿足差旅基本需求。除了房間礦泉水，前台還有熱茶。
一點建議：請不要主動幫忙烘乾，有的衣服不適合高温烘，小心把客人衣服烘壞了

時隔12年再回到淮安，變化還是有點的，每次出行都選擇如家，臨近國慶房源緊張，邊上的房間還算安靜，挺乾淨的，服務也很好，早飯品種多味道也不錯，退房當天是國慶節，前台小姐姐送了零食、鑰匙扣和國旗，很奈斯～

真心推薦，很新環境不錯，餐廳也很乾凈，麪超好吃的，服務態度非常好，全智能自動化太棒了！燈也有提示不用一個個試，人性化，性價比絕對高，唯一不足是一次性拖鞋相對地板有點滑。真實個人評價很滿意~
