老闆人特別好特意過來接的，房間有大有小的自己可選當然價格也不一樣，我們住的是大床房房間雖小什麼設施都全，窗外環境特別好！住着舒適，小院就在把頭正好可以溜達一圈回來不多走路！老闆人特別熱情，我們入住以後讓我們休息一下親自帶我們出去走了半個小時還全程陪同講解，老闆是本地人對景區特別瞭解，老闆講解一下我們作為旅遊者對景區歷史就會有一個瞭解，不虛此行！老闆還推薦了特色餐館物美價廉！

第一老闆非常熱情，服務超棒，給幫着拿行李，我們到了，第一時間帶我們去逛古鎮，介紹周圍的情況，晚上我們出去吃飯，突然下雨，老闆打電話，然後特地去買了雨傘，去飯店給我們送傘，特別好！然後給我規劃旅遊線路，還給送到輕軌站，真的感動死了。房間也很乾凈，住着也舒服，安靜，五星好評，推薦～

老闆人很好，很熱情，各個景點怎麼走，路線都有推薦，附近吃飯的店也有推薦，體驗感很好😺小院位置也很好，在古鎮裏，晚上逛古鎮很方便，孩子出門碰到NPC，贏銀票，玩的很開心，晚上休息也很安靜，出行也很方便，打車或者公共交通都很；我們到吳承恩故居步行也衹有幾百米距離，幾個主要景點都在附近

説走就走的旅遊，經過淮安，決定去看看周總理的故居，從網上找住宿，看到了河下小院，評論都説好，到了目的地，果然好。老闆到景區大門口接的我們，帶我們先逛了一圈古鎮，聊了很多小鎮的故事，有什麼需要隨時給他説，房間整潔乾淨無異味，隔音也好，洗的衣服掛在天台上一會兒就幹。走的時候老闆又送到大門口，非常好的入住體驗。
